Assuming all are named and play round 1...

Danger, Greene and 123k forward rookie other than Fritsch on field v Crouch, Lobb and Sicily

My guns and rookies instict is leaning towards option one but would love other peoples thoughts.

I don't really trust Lobb without having seen him play a game this year and being only touch and go to even play round 1 so I would say the first option. Can see definite merit in the 2nd option though

Luke919

Hurley and J Kelly vs Hibberd and Dusty???

Can't go wrong with either but Hibberd and Dusty for me although the other option is a bit more unique which is appealing.

First option, points about the same but much better standard deviation.

Thanks mate, it is just so appealing having a 400k forward being the number 1 ruck at a strong side. If he is named round 1 with no Simpson it will be tough not to pick him.

Crouch, Lobb and Sicily v Danger, Greene and 123k rookie.
Tough one. Both combos similar scoring potential. 1 definite premo + 2 potential premos vs 2 definite premos and rookie.
Cos it's Danger I'd lean towards that combo although Tobys preseason far from ideal and Dangers hammy count against it. An extra rookie making money is a plus.
Lobb and Sicily could be super value picks but Lobbs groin goes against that. Sicily having DPP a plus.
If all was equal I'd say Danger,Greene,Rookie but it's too close for me to call, sorry!

Cheers mate, on Player X v Player Y as I always am leaning towards one way and not the other but this one is honestly really hard for me.

Danger and Greene should be top 6 in there position come seasons end but Lobb and Sicily could both go 90+ as well and I am really confident in Crouch going 110+ this season.

Shaw, Constable, Dahlhaus

V

Keefe, T.Mitchell, Christensen

For D4, M6, F5. Keefe/Constable will sit on the bench for Doedee/Kelly come round 1 if they are in

Option 2. Don't trust Heater.
Dahl will play fwd alot. F5 is overspending in fwds.
Will Constable have JS even if named?
T.Mitch is T.Mitch.
Bundy has good JS and makes for more even team at F5 over Dahl.
Keefe with DPP will be handy for trading or even rookie/captain looping with someone like Sicily if not playing.

That's tough, if you had Cyril instead of Dunkley I'd say the first.

Can do Hurley, Bont and Cyril.

Only thing that puts me off Cyril is his injury history. But an 85+ avg is not out of the question. Prior to last year he went 90, 92.8, and 92.5.

Dunkley will get more opportunities now that Stringer is not there so there is an upside.

Hurley, Bont & Cyril is a good combo.

Option 2 I couldn't trust Rioli at F3. More an F4/5.
You could still go Petracca/Smith over Walters if u wanted.
