FFS!

I shouldn't have doubted Ablett and made him captain.

I don't want to be harsh on Zorko and Shuey because they have been such important players for me, but they've really let me down this week and the Ablett score makes it so much worse (at least one of them could have scored at least 100pts... Instead Gaj has scored significantly more than both of them combined + you could throw in spud Crozier or spud Duggan's score and they still wouldn't equate to what God produced).

Good work to Kennedy as well

Haynes to miss 10 weeks really stings, his scores were just starting to build  :-\

#23
Boston Terriers 20.9.129 defeated Houston Bombers 20.5.125
(Real: 1939 vs 1876)

Close but no cigar for the Bombers as they just get edged out in a high-scoring encounter. Captain Sloane did all he could late for the Bombers but just couldn't get them the biscuits. But the real story is in the ressies - Rio Grande racked up 794 points on the back of FIVE scores above 90! (Weitering 94, Beams 95, Lambert 97, Crisp 103, Hrovat 107) Would've been even more if Mutimer and Vardy didn't score 44 combined.

Best
Boston: Pendlebury, Wingard, Laird, Neale, Priddis, Riewoldt, Gray, Cotchin
Houston: Simpson, Sloane, Hoskin-Elliott, Adams, Robinson, Stevens, Heeney, Ziebell, Rance

Chicago Sharks 18.9.117 defeated Ottawa Otters 13.17.95
(Real: 1751 vs 1429)

After an impressive showing last week, the Otters have really flattened out and been steamrolled by the Sharks, who sure did smell blood in the water. Yeo, Lynch, and the great man Callum Sinclair were the best out there for Chicago, while the Otters had good games by their trio of Macs (McGovern, McEvoy, McLean combining for 331 points), but were really let down by captain Treloar (71) and vice-captain Cunnington (34).

Best
Chicago: Yeo, Sinclair, Oliver, McDonald, Parker
Ottawa: McEvoy, McGovern

New Brooklyn Hawks 16.12.108 lost to Anaheim Mighty Ducks 16.14.110
(Real: 1627 vs 1655)

The Hawks will be really cursing Jason Castagna for this loss - 18 points in the last game of the round when just a 50 would've been enough to get the win! But the same could be said for vice captain Jack Gunston, who's 43 was a real let-down. The Ducks escape from New York with a pretty lucky four points.

Best
New Brooklyn: Brown, Steele, Jacobs, Crouch, Cripps, Membrey
Anaheim: Hurley, Sandilands, Hannebery, Mitchell, Heppell

I'll handle the first of Nige's scorers too, since I already have it done (see above for all scores to show I'm not cheating)

San Francisco Grizzlies 17.10.112 defeated Quito Quetzals 16.9.105
(Real: 1680 vs 1572)

Wines and Martin as co-captains, oy vey. Lucky to get the job done for the second week in a row I'd say, but at least this was by more than 1 SC point. Jack Watts was a unanimous BOG.

Best
San Francisco: Williams, Goddard, Shaw, Steven, Watts, Douglas, Viney
Quito: Higgins, Wright, Ross, Curnow, Haynes

Nige

Will get the other two results up tomorrow.

Jay

Not a bad score from the boys, too good Boston.
