Whoop Whoop! Nice work by the Bank, has slotted in nicely to the Mongolian defence, getting the start over Hartlett and Rance.

Brayden Fiorini is the Round 6 rising star nomination after a solid display for Bangladesh. Fiorini's good form in the reserves has warranted selection to the Bears senior team and where he's continued his good form. Unlucky players this week who scored more than (or the same as) Fiorini were Andrew McGrath (Taiwan), Harley Balic (Turkey), Tim Taranto (Vietnam), Blake Hardwick (Hong Kong), Sam Petrevski-Seton and Ben Keays (Turkey).

Jay/Upthemaidens wins their first coach of the week nomination as the Strikers continue their solid start to the season. Sri Lanka's had winners all over the field with Kade Simpson and Sam Jacobs top scoring in their respective positions whilst skipper Rory Sloane earnt his 4th nomination for TOTW. Joining Sloane with 4 nominations was Laos defender Dylan Roberton who made the team for the 3rd week in a row. Despite suffering their first loss of the season, it was back-to-back TOTW captains for Kuala Lumpur with Gary Ablett returning to what some might say is his rightful position. 4 nominations again this week for Bangkok as they now have had 10 different players make the TOTW!

Missed a week :-[

After some outstanding performances in the reserves Ryan Burton is continued on in his form in the Vietnam senior team earning the Round 7 rising star nomination. Sam Petrevski-Seton (Tibet) was the only unlucky player this week scoring more than Burton but not earning a spot in the Tibet team.

Koop win his first coach of the week nomination as the Taiwan Dolphins followed up their win over the Crocs with an outstanding score to beat the Strikers. Brad Hill and Mason Wood were the main stars for the Dolphins earning selections in the forward line for the TOTW. Dylan Roberton made it 4 selections in a row in defense, becoming the first player to earn 5 selections this year. Tibet had 4 selections in the team this week (Jasper Pittard, Jack Viney, Chad Wingard and Lachie Neale), whilst the GOAT took up his position as team Captain ;) Paddy Ryder became the 6th different ruckman to be selected in the team (only Dolphins Matthew Kreuzer being selected more than once)

Jack Bowes is the Round 8 rising star nomination becoming Hong Kong's second nomination of the season (the first team with multiple nominations) with a composed display against the Eskimoes. A number of players were unlucky this week scoring more than Bowes but not selected for their respective teams including Ben Keays (Turkey), Jarrod Berry (Bangkok), Tim Taranto (Vietnam), Eric Hipwood (UAE), Wayne Milera (Kathmandu).

After 4 weeks absent, Rids and Nostra reclaim coach of the week as the Crabs smashed out another big score. It was a week for the young stars as Vipers midfielder Josh Kelly was named Captain with HeadHunters forward Jack Billings playing a career best game to finish one point behind him. Stefan Martin became the 7th different ruckman to be selected in the team (only Dolphins Matthew Kreuzer being selected more than once)

Missed a week due to time constraints

After some solid from in the reserves for Taiwan, Number 1 draft pick Andrew McGrath is the Round 9 rising star nomination. Tim Taranto put in another solid display in the Vietnam reserves which would have won him the nomination this week.

Wow Turkey! The Gazelles had the top 3 scoring players of the round with Mitch Duncan, pipping teammates Tom Mitchell and Patrick Dangerfield for the captain of the TOTW. Mark Baguley could've added to the Turkish presence however his TOTW performance was left to the reserves. It wasn't enough to get the coach iZander coach of the week position as Rico came up trumps with a well rounded performance by his Crocs, evidenced by Scott Pendlebury being the only Crocs player in the TOTW. After a week off Dylan Roberton picked up his 6th TOTW nomination, whilst other regulars Sam Docherty (4), Jake Lloyd (3) and Jeremy Howe (2) rounded out the defence.

Hopefully get a few more than one this week :)

David Cuningham is the Rd.10 rising star nomination after an outstanding game, in what was his first game of the year for Bangladesh. Charlie Curnow can consider himself extremely unlucky after putting up a score for Hong Kong that would have won him the nomination in 8 out of the 10 rounds so far this year.

Rory Sloane takes the Captain spot for the second time this year and picks up his 5th selection in the TOTW, the same number as Sam Docherty who was also selected. Matthew Kreuzer picks up his 3rd selection in the ruck position, the most of any ruckman in the league. There were 9 first timers in the team this week, including all 4 forwards. Rico wins back-to-back coaching positions, again with only 1 Croc player selected in the TOTW :P

 :(

Buddy stiff with 151!

Pendles 164 and Beams 162 also just short

Tim Taranto is the Rd.11 rising star nomination on the back of a another solid game for Vietnam. The Vipers will be excited with the form of Taranto after he somewhat surprisingly slipped to No.6 in the 2016 AXV draft.

The rise of the Dolphins continued in Rd.11, populating the TOTW of the week with 4 players, 3 of them debutants in the TOTW. Taiwan has now moved into second spot with 14 selections this season, 1 ahead of Kuala Lumpur and Turkey. They are a long way off the Crabs though, who have had 26 selections this season. At the other end of the table is Hong Kong who had only their 3rd selection in Week 11, by a player who no-one would've expected.......Big Tom Bellchambers in the ruck!

Dustin Martin (UAE) picked up his 2nd selection as TOTW Captain and 4th selection overall along with Patrick Dangerfield (Turkey). Taylor Adams (Bangkok) picked up his 5th team selection to join Rory Sloane (Sri Lanka) and Sam Docherty (Bangkok) in second place behind Dylan Roberton (Laos) who has had 6 selections.

Rids/Nostra picked up their 5th selection as Coach of the week.

Not only are Bangkok on top of the ladder, but they also have some fine young talent and one of those, Jarrod Berry, is the Round 12 Rising Star Nomination.

Well this was the week of the Croc as Kuala Lumpur put the disappointment behind them of only having a total 2 players selected in the TOTW over the past 4 weeks. Gary Ablett as Captain headed up 4 Crocs players selected for the week, whilst Rico took the Coaches position for the 4th time this season as Kuala Lumpur smashed out the highest score of the year......in a bye round!!

Usual suspects Bangkok, Turkey and Taiwan were joined by Australia all having 2 players selected for the week. Sam Docherty (Bangkok) joined Dylan Roberton (Laos) on top with 6 selections for the year, whilst Dolphins ruckman picked up his 4th selection of the season, in the Utilities. In conjunction with Brodie Grundy it was the first time this season two ruckmen made the team in the same week.

Eric Hipwood is the Round 13 Rising Star Nomination after another exciting game in attack for UAE.

A first timer as coach of the week, with BB67th's Manilla Folders putting together a big score in Round 13. The big reason for that was skipper Bryce Gibbs, who was also named captain of the TOTW after smashing out the highest score of the year in AXV. Selections in the TOTW were generally spread amongst the team this week, with a mixture of old and new selections. The main talking point was Sam Docherty selection in defence for the 5th time in 6 weeks, and now sitting alone with 7 selections for the season.

BB67th

What a score from the Folders in a bye round!

Look out everyone, here we come!
