if Keegan Brooksby or Cameron Loersch don't come in for GC i'm screwed

Currie was listed as a 'test' so there is hope

I'm tipping a draw - both teams lose and we watch an intra-club next week between Boston's first team and ressies!

Carolina definitely off to the fast start, with all three of their players tonning up so far - highlighted by captain Bontempelli's big 137. They are at 485 from 3 (captain played)

Anaheim, conversely, sit at 142 from the 2, and have a long way back to compete for this one.

Don't think the Ducks can win from here:

Carolina 1437 with L. Brown, Atkins, S. Edwards, Martin, HGA (Currently 52) and sub (Grimley 29, currently not needed)
Anaheim 1292 with Enright, B. Smith, Dangerfield (c), and sub (currently 50->105)

Ahh Carolina again! The Boston boys are looking forward to it!

(Real: 1805 vs 1715)

Carolina were certainly up to the task today, as they reasonably comfortably bounce into the Grand Final against Boston, with both sides aiming to win their first premiership. Bontempelli as captain lead from the onset and made it easy going for the rest of the squad - although forward line and sub issues continue to hurt the Panthers. The usual suspects were good for Anaheim but Dangerfield only just scraping the ton as captain cost them, as did a handful of sub-70 scores - the end to a positive and negative season for the Ducks - horrible luck for injury but great luck for matches, but maybe they'll rue having slightly inferior draft picks as they prepare a premiership tilt?

Best
Carolina: Bontempelli, Mumford, Kennedy, Grundy, Atkins, Boyd
Anaheim: Hannebery, Merrett, Greene, Stokes, Dangerfield, Enright
