Raonic has absolutely nothing to lose. He is playing some of the best tennis in his life and has Mcenroe in his ear saying to be positive and leave everything out on the court.

The way he is serving so far in the final it will be hard for Murray to break. Looks like we could have a few tie breakers. IMO its a genuine 50/50 game.

However surely this is Murray's best chance to ever win a major. Its his first GS final which his opponent isn't either Federer or Djokovic. Also its in his backyard and the crowd are right behind him.

I like both of them so I don't have a preference on who I wanna see win. I just wanna see a great match.

Yeah Raonic is very likable too, in terms of both his personality (i.e. not a dickhead) and play style - and of course would rather he win than the usual Djokovic/Federer/Nadal!

He seems like a very decent bloke agree, can play a bit also.
Yeh it is good to see a final without the usual suspects in it for a change.
Be happy for Murray and all the fans if he can get up but like I said would not be disappointed if Raonic could find a way.
Both have played some very good tennis to get there, both deserving of it.

Despite the fact there was only the 1 break of serve in the game Murray completely dominated the match. He is in the form of his career and thoroughly deserved his 3rd Grand Slam title.

Raonic just couldn't reach the level he had against Federer.

yeah he was just too good. was kinda hoping Raonic would win the 3rd set tiebreaker to set it up for a closer match, but Murray just went bang. noice  8)
