Ottawa Otters 13.22.100 lost to Carolina Panthers 15.18.108
(Real: 1507 vs 1623)

Geez, this was an ugly match. Both teams played far below what we've seen of them this season, with these teams having averaged 117.7 and 116.8 this season. Bontempelli was the star for the visitors, with help from fellow midfielders Ward, Shiel, and captain JPK, who each topped the ton. Ottawa possibly could have won if not for the late withdrawals of McGovern and Wood, forcing Walker and Griffifths (OOP) to come in, and if VC Zaharakis didn't score 20!

Best
Ottawa: Grigg, Prestia, Jones
Carolina: Bontempelli, Ward, Shiel, Kennedy

Houston Bombers 17.12.114 lost to Santiago Cockerels 17.13.115
(Real: 1708 vs 1716)

Heartbreak for the Bombers as the Cockerels sneak home on the back of a goliath performance by Josh Jenkins! Ellis being terrible and Kreuzer getting injured could be blamed for the bombers, who's performance was improved on previous weeks, with captain Sloane (139) and vice-captain Vince (130) doing their absolute best to push them over the line, just to fall short. Santiago move to a positive record at 6-5 and stay in the top 6...barely.

Best
Houston: Sloane, Vince, Walters, Rance
Santiago: Jenkins, Ablett, Macrae, Whitfield, Rampe

Quito Quetzals 15.13.103 lost to Las Vegas Sinners 19.7.121
(Real: 1552 vs 1809)

The Sinners continue their fine run of form with a big win down in Quito, on the back of Rockliff's huge 204 as vice-captain and many other good scorers. Quito predicted a hard tag on captain Gibbs and he got it, being held to just 42 - although it didn't matter in the end.

Best
Quito: Simpson, Savage, Wingard, Suckling, Reid Barlow
Las Vegas: Rockliff, Mitchell, Walker, Ziebell, Tippett, Westhoff

Colorado Avalanche 17.12.114 lost to Chicago Sharks 20.9.129
(Real: 1711 vs 1933)

Unlucky for the Avalanche as they crumble in the face of a huge Chicago performance, rebounding from recent poor form. Captain Hunter and Ed Curnow were impressive for the Avalanche but they were no match for the Shark star power, who had 5 scores over 125 - headlined by vice-captain Selwood's 150.

Best
Colorado: Curnow, Hunter, Mundy, Bartel, Tuohy
Chicago: Selwood, Tyson, Wells, Harvey, Tyson, Rischitelli, Parker, Gibson

New Brooklyn Hawks 17.10.112 lost to Boston Terriers 20.9.129
(Real: 1684 vs 1930)

No Goldy, no problems.

Best
New Brooklyn: Jacobs, Liberatore, Talia, Gunston
Boston: Neale, Dal Santo, Pendlebury, Smith, Cotchin, Priddis, Robinson, Howe

Anaheim Mighty Ducks 17.13.115 defeated San Francisco Grizzlies 3.94.112
(Real: 1728 vs 1674)

Hmmmm, to count players inputted with nicknames (Zerrett, Tippa, Hanners) as ineligible players, hmmmm...

Best
Anaheim: Z. Merrett, Dangerfield, Rosa, Hannebery, Enright, Seedsman
San Francisco: Shaw, Miles, Guthrie, Hawkins, Steven, Swallow

nas

Panthers will take any win, wether ugly or beautiful. ^^^^

Damn it, Jenkins!
You've gotta admit you love him

He's growing on me this season... and I'm a Port supporter (I'm hoping he can get the Coleman at this point)
