can we send out a vote

A total points
B by average
C PK's order

Jukes

I'm pretty sure from you guys' (quite rude tbh) responses in this thread that the vast majority are leaning to C or a very similar model to C, so a vote isn't really necessary.

kilbluff1985

yeah sorry a few of us maybe overreacted

How about maybe something like only teams who lost a ruck can pick up a ruck, but backs, mids, and forwards are interchangable?

OR

Have them ordered into levels by rarity of good players in each position, like:
1. Rucks
2. Backs
3. Forwards
4. Mids
And you can only pick players at or below your lost player's level, i.e. if you lost Bellchambers you can pick any player, if you lost Monfries you can only pick forwards and mids, and if you lost Watson you can only pick mids.

Myself would be happy with that as Pope would be 1st cab of the rank re ruck, so which 1 he doesn't take, I would take the other. Even tho there is 3 to choose from.

kilbluff1985

i don't like that cause Monfries or Melksham getting a higher pick then Watson is just dumb

i don't think we should have to replace a def with a def seems very unneeded and guys who have to pick fwd only cant pick any top up players so in the interest to keep the comp even i don't want it there are a bunch of R/F people may want but not many fwds

Part of Jukes proposal is How about maybe something like only teams who lost a ruck can pick up a ruck, but backs, mids, and forwards are interchangeable?

Myself agree with the Ruck side of things. The interchange of any position suits your needs, as the Coach has more choices.

kilbluff1985

but can they get a r/f ? or only ruck if so i don't mind it

Ryder was a R/F, not too sure on Belly's status tho. Myself, just want a "R" or "R/F", to replace Belly, for this season.

Also, I'm leaning towards letting people pick players from whatever position they'd like.
I'm with this. Pick whoever you want.

I'm pretty sure Belly was R/F as well

I don't see what difference it makes though

Pope can pick up a ruck or r/f

and then you can pick a ruck or r/f

Same result in the end and the teams that need Ruck depth have their needs fulfilled  :)

2. Anaheim Mighty Ducks (Michael Hurley)
3. Houston Bombers (Cale Hooker)
4. San Francisco Grizzlies (Brent Stanton)
5. Anaheim Mighty Ducks (Michael Hibberd)
6. Colorado Avalanche (Jobe Watson)
7. Chicago Sharks (Patrick Ryder)
8. Colorado Avalanche (Ben Howlett)
9. Chicago Sharks (Stewart Crameri)
10. Las Vegas Sinners (Jake Carlisle)
11. Ottawa Otters (Jake Melksham)
12. San Francisco Grizzlies (Angus Monfries)
13. Anaheim Mighty Ducks (Travis Colyer)
14. Carolina Panthers (Tom Bellchambers)
15. Carolina Panthers (David Myers)
16. Las Vegas Sinners (Heath Hocking)
17. Houston Bombers (Tayte Pears)

So are you all happy with this or does anybody want to alter it?
