Important Note: Out Of Position Players
In the T20 Trophy one player from all 4 positions must be named (Bat, Bowl, AR, Keep). In some instances this may not be possible to achieve, in which case an OOP player may be used. The following restrictions on OOP players apply:

Keeper is missing
- Batsman 75% of score
- Bowler 50% of score
- All Rounder 50% of score
(All Rounded up)

Batsman is missing
- Keeper 75% of score
- All Rounder 50% of score
- Bowler 50% of score

All Rounder is missing
- Bowler 75% of score
- Batsman 50% of score
- Keeper 50% of score

Bowler is missing
- All Rounder 75% of score
- Keeper 50% of score
- Batsman 50% of score

The % might seem a little out of whack (i.e. How a Bowler gets more than a Bat if they replace an AR) but this way no position is ranked higher than another, every position has one 75% option and two 50% options.

One day I will look to update the Rules thread and this will be added to it.

Are we keeping the same team names for this as we have in the FC/ODD games?

Yeah. Might look into changing it for next season though.

Hey PB, do you think it might be handy to sticky the D6s S1 fixture thread?

Also, would I be right in saying there's no point in playing any Scorchers players for our Round 1 given they have a bye the first week of the Big Bash and their first match is when our Round 2 begins?

I'm in the process of updating things now, the OP in this thread should have everything you need now. Remember our round sizes are DIFFERENT to Fantasy BBL, which might be a little confusing but I trust that people will take a note of this and know when they need to name their teams. So the Scorchers do play in the first round, the final match vs the Strikers.

Our comp has less rounds so more DGW (I believe there's no TGW) and less byes (Strikers Rd 2, Stars Rd 3 I BELIEVE are the only ones)

Scoring
Runs (Per run scored)    1 Point

Strike Rate Bonus
Strike Rate of 150+ 20 points
Strike Rate of 140-149.99 16 points
Strike Rate of 130-139.99 12 points
Strike Rate of 120-129.99 8 points
(must score 20+ runs for SR bonus)

Wickets (Per wicket)    20 Points
Maiden over bowled (per maiden over)    12 Points

Economy Rate Bonus
5 or less r.p.o. 20 points
5.01-6 r.p.o. 16 points
6.01-7 r.p.o. 12 points
7.01-8 r.p.o. 8 points
(must bowl at least 3 overs for ER bonus)

Catch    12 Points
Run out (player affecting runout*)    15 Points
Stumping (W'keeper only)    15 Points
* Run out example - if a throw has gone straight to a keeper and all he does is remove the bails then the fielder gets the run out. If it's a wayward throw that the keeper has to retrieve and then throw the stumps down himself then the keeper gets the run out as he played the more significant part.

So this means that there is no points lost for scoring a duck, no extra points for hitting a six.

I believe that is all I NEED to do before tomorrow night. You all know you need to name teams, it is rolling lockout, you can see who plays what position, you know the scoring system. HGA I'll get to tomorrow as I'm going out now and won't get anymore time before tomorrow.

They used to have a penalty for batsmen who scored a duck, must have removed it. Don't recall there ever being a bonus for sixes.

Ahh yeah I got confused with the World Cup fantasy (And consequenty our OD Cup) which has the sixes bonus. Was only a -20 for a duck previously which has now gone. Runouts have now become 15 points, and the SR/Econ bonus has changed, they are the differences.

HGA   Round 1
NT   18
NSW   24
WA   18
SA   6
TAS   8
ACT   28
VIC   24
QLD   30

So just to explain how this works, every round these numbers will change. A win will see +6, a loss sees -4. HGA is capped at 50 and also at 0. Each team in the Round Robin has 2 home and two away matches.

The starting values came from using this:
1st - 20, 2nd - 16, 3rd - 12, 4th - 10, 5th - 8, 6th - 6, 7th - 4, 8th - 2
And applying it to the current standings in the Shield and also the overall finishing positions of the OD Cup.

So this round QLD, NSW, WA, TAS will all be getitng some HGA.

Regarding emergencies: You all list emergencies in order, if an on field player does not play, then the first named emergency from that position will come on the field. If there is only players from the wrong position on the bench then the first named emergency will come on regardless. If more than one on field player misses all like for like subs will be made first.
