Hellopplz

Woiw, pretty diverse range of pitches you got there ;D.

PowerBug

#16
Round 1
Torpedo's Titans vs PowerBugCC (Cloudy/Slow, 05:30)
H. Roach (rfm) 10-1-53-4, J. Blair 1 (1b), W. Lovell 42 (27b)
End of over 40 (3 runs) - Torpedo's Titans(194-5) RR 4.85

DazBurg's Greatness vs Hello (Cloudy/Slow, 09:00)
Yet to start

Torp batting first and he was looking really strong but 3 wickets in 6 balls has brought me back in it. Unfortunately Lovell is still there. (And another wicket as I type, not Lovell though)

Round 1
Torpedo's Titans vs PowerBugCC (Cloudy/Slow, 05:30)
H. Ohanga (rws) 4-0-29-0, J. Herring 33 (45b), F. Byrd 29 (67b)
End of over 25 (3 runs) - PowerBugCC(96-3). 149 runs required from 25 overs. RR 3.84 RRR 5.96
Ohanga been torched so far. I have two ARs and the keeper in the sheds still but will need these two to put on another 50.

DazBurg's Greatness vs Hello (Cloudy/Slow, 09:00)
D. Meyer (rf) 5-1-17-2, M. Gaudet 1 (5b), M. Dickson 0 (2b)
End of over 10 (2 runs) - Hello(46-2) RR 4.60
Even start here.

DazBurg

N. Haider (rfm) 10-1-42-0, M. Dickson 38 (63b), J. King 2 (8b)
End of over 30 (2 runs) - Hello(117-3) RR 3.90

come on boys need a couple quick wickets here

PowerBug

Must say Torp choosing to close with a medium and a finger spinner gives me confidence I wouldn't otherwise have. This one is coming down to the wire with 30 needed off 18 balls.

18 off 12 now!

M. Yaseen (rws) 8.1-0-35-3, C. Arthur 4 (3b)
End of over 48 (maiden) - Hello(177-10) RR 3.69

well the boys came through

still i usually defend less then that on a slow so could be tough

Hellopplz

Got pretty close PB, considering Torpy should have the ratings on all of us!

Not looking good against Daz, first half of the batting innings for us was looking nice, before a collapse. Now Daz's Openers seem to be going steadily.

K. Williamson (rfs) 2-0-7-0, Z. Hakim 16 (40b), T. Choto 22 (45b)
End of over 14 (5 runs) - DazBurg's Greatness(45-0). 133 runs required from 36 overs. RR 3.21 RRR 3.69

DazBurg

A. Dickson (rws) 1-0-3-1, G. Khaleel 1 (1b), A. Salim 0 (6b)
End of over 21 (3 runs) - DazBurg's Greatness(67-3). 111 runs required from 29 overs. RR 3.19 RRR 3.83

the collapse is beginning

PowerBug

I think we are set for a very good series judging by the first round of matches :D

Hellopplz

Oh wow, did not expect that after Daz had a good first 15 overs or so. Wickets slowly started falling.

Then in a 2 over spell between WIlliamson and Smart, they went 4 wickets for 2 runs, to get us back into it. Did not expect us to take the match after only posting 177 but more than happy to get one up on Daz on his preferred Slow pitch!!

Looking good indeed, hopefully a few upsets occur so Torpy can get pulled back in >:D.

yup as i posted i have defended less usually around 155 + is a good score to defend on a slow

good game mate....need pittman to hurry up with his power that is the difference i'm missing the medium l

PowerBug

Torp how do you justify Ohanga above Simon? :P At least I can tell you've set orders ;)

Thanks for the false hope HP >:(
Just saw. After you guys brought up the 100, it was all downhill from there. Pretty surprised as my guys tend to have a trouble getting all 10 wickets :-X.

N. Al-Attiyah (rfm) 2-0-8-0, D. Cameron 6 (8b), N. Angus 10 (10b)
End of over 3 (5 runs) - Hello(16-0). 128 runs required from 47 overs. RR 5.33 RRR 2.72

Going well so far, so hopefully not a similar collapse. *touches wood*

PowerBug

I can't reproduce what you just did. You're scoring at 5 an over ugh.

Looks like your battle with Torp next week decides who gets the early lead, although I'm still hopefully Daz can cause the upset there.
