correct utility sub is replaced by first in line on the emergency bench.  If he was named in the midfield (Hill) than a mid would come on instead.

Zip, I think you have to nominate which position players will sub for before the round. So your emergency line would be:
E: Hanley (M), Hawkins (F),  Mckenzie (B), Hickey (R)

Since your ruck emergency couldn't cover, you can't use the sub rule.

I always assumed it went by position, then if position wasn't available, by first on the bench?

Hanley wouldnt replace, you can replace nicholls if there is a ruckman emergency

this is correct. But on the spending more time on the field thing that means nothing. if they play under a half they are a sub. Only a non sub can replace a sub.

kk, sweet.

Just clarifying, not that it changes the result, but it's actually trent mckenzie, not eric in svalbard, so trent would come in for grimes as an emergency. Although, hanley does not take the field since he was also subbed, so instead I receive nicholls showerty 17.

So that gave svalbard a raw of 1487, which is a final score of 1507

so 1487 + nicholls 17 HGA = 1504

was really hoping you guys would drop one, Serbia's perfect home and away season wasn't too far away. Imagine if I didnt steal Goldy from them.

I would have got over them if I had a couple of Duryea, Watson, Crouch and Shiel not out haha. Nah but I've been pretty lucky so far this year, as long as I maintain a top 2 spot I am happy!

2 games and percentage clear of Serbia i reckon your home. Probably want to finish top though as Serbia week one is a tough gig.
