Press Release
Due to continued pressure and threats of strike action from the FF Union a new collective bargaining agreement has been struck between the current entrants and league administration.

The key points of this agreement touch on the addition of the following
•   Establishment of a knockout cup competition
•   Cross Division Team Competition
•   Introduction of Prize Money
•   Grand Opening of the League Store
•   Special Titles
•   Reputation

Prize Money
This agreement has moved away from the previous structure of flat payment fees based on division, but will now be reliant on a % of revenue model with scaled prize money based on division and finishing position.
Prize money will be awarded retrospectively to the participants and award winners from the last 2 years in accordance with the previous bargaining agreement and agreed upon terms and conditions.
Future prize money will be awarded for all aspects of the league.

Prize money earnt can now be used to purchase certain Advantages, Special Titles, Protections/Thief actions, Reputation Boosting League profiles to name a few. Store will open at the end of R13.

Special Titles
Special titles are being added that allow you to show off your achievements and standing within the community. These titles will be very difficult to obtain so once obtained wear them proudly. Only 1 title will be able to be worn at any given time.
These will be released periodically.


Initial releases are:
Legend – Accumulate over 10,000 Reputation
No-one can stop me – Hold a win streak of over 10 (Deactivates upon a loss)
I’ll take your Biscuits – Steal over $100,000 in other team’s prize money
Kanye’s Brother – Spend 1 million plus in the store in one go.
BINGO – FF Medal Winner
Top Score – Overall Points Winner
Stay Down – Winner of the knockout (Held until winner of next year’s competition)
Remember Our Names – Team Competition Winner (Held until winner of next year’s competition)


Reputation
Reputation is a new attribute that will allow teams to track their standing in the community. Reputation will become the new measure for promotion wildcards from next year, so the higher you build your standing in the community more chance you have at getting a second chance.

Knockout Competition
Addition of a knockout competition
•   64 team draw
•   16 Seeded Teams based on overall points
•   Top 10 seeds given byes through R1
•   A live draw will take place on a date & time to be determined
•   Each knockout match is based on a 2 round combined total score.
•   The higher scoring team over the 2 rounds is deemed the winner and moves on.
•   The knockout comp will start in R12 and conclude in R23
•   Prize Money & Reputation will be awarded to all teams based on Elimination Round
•   To be further explained in the weeks to come.

Addition of a Cross Division Team Competition
•   Players will be broken up into 18 teams of 3 players
•   Each Team will consist of 1 player from each division
•   Teams will be broken into 3 pools of 6 Teams and play off in a round robin style tournament over 5 rounds
•   The 3 winning teams plus the best runner up will move into a 4 team round robin group for the ultimate prizes.
