Just wondering what Pie supporters think will happen with Luke Ball when he returns next year?  Beams and Sidey obviously thriving with greater responsibility, can't see them getting pushed out of the midfield. Quite a few other kids starting to make a claim too.

Fairly impressive mid group when all on the park - Swan, Pendles, Ball, Daisy, Beams, Sidey.  Blair etc in the wings.

doubt they will trade him he will start on the bench and move into the midfield when the others come off for a rest :)

Good back-up ruckman. Trade him?  Obviously a joke.

If we can keep Johnson and get MaCaffer & Krak in the mix, add Ball and suddenly the Pies have serious depth.

If he's fit, he is in the best 22. The guy is one of the most underrated in the AFL, despite the fact he is an All-Australian, best and fairest winner, former club captain and premiership player, people still insist on underrating him.

It's perfect - he'd be handy now, just goes to show how well we have covered so many major injuries without the whining and excuses we hear from some of our old time rivals.

he would make a good sub but I wouldn't make him the super sub or anything like that he is an important member of the collingwood midfield

Hawka

I think he is better then Sidebottom atm
