For the newer coaches these are the awards we will play for this year. If you need any clarification on any of the awards please feel free to ask in this thread.
Should we add any new award categories. If you think of any please feel free to discuss here.
OP will be updated after each round.
Votes for Her Majesty's MVP award will be awarded for each game and votes will not be revealed till Awards Night.
Just bumping this as there is no discussion so assume all are happy with them.
Remember it is not my comp but yours as well so suggestions welcome. Should we take any out or add any.
Updated after Round 1.
Luke Dunstan scored 122...
Thanks Nigey will rectify - Knew I would miss some as I did not get the list right at the start, If I have missed any others who played on field let me know. All are listed on the OP atm.

So isn't Tom Langdon eligible for the rising star because his average is 90

So isn't Tom Langdon eligible for the rising star because his average is 90
Just to clarify with our awards they are based on actually playing on field. last week Langdon was named as emergency but not used whereas this week he was named as sub and used. However his score this week is 64 meaning his average for games played in british is 64,
Same for other awards eg Goal kicking awards etc, there will be some discrepancies between our scores and official AFL data because of this.
So the Steins rookies are massively advantaged because they are likely to play every week due to our depth being rubbish :D
If Josh Kelly can shake the vest he'll get a starting spot for us as well and given he scored 62 in a quarter and a bit he could gun it.
Updated after Round 3 - Sorry for the delay but had a few commitments.
Hate to point it out but there is multiple spelling errors in team names Ringo.
Spelling not my strong point as most know. Also rushed to get up due to delays so did not have the check I usually do.
Not last in the Dungeon.
Dunstan first in the Rising Star.
Treloar second in the Guinness and interim Gold Ring bearer.
8)
Is there a game limit for a player to appear in the Rising Star?
Because Josh Kelly has played just the one game for us and scored 104 which should be his average which should put him second in that competition :D

5 games ;)
(First year Player (includes players who played 2 or less games last year) with highest average over Home and away season min 5 games)
Is there an age requirement for this? Is it amount of games they have played in your team or career games in real life?
I think Greenwood played his first game ever for us last week with that 170 lol (and he would have played less than 2 games for us last year)
Also Spite must be under 21 so that would disqualify Greenwood.

Memph looks like my first post did not come up so will try again.
I can make some mistakes as some of these awards are manual and it is easy to overlook when they come into teams so I rely on notifications if missed. Thank You and I am now recording Kelly.
Sorry but keep advising if I miss some that meet criteria.

Elliott has got 23 goals so far this season hasn't he Ringo?
Or are we not counting any goals in the bye rounds where we didn't have a league fixture?
The Robin Hood award if for Goals scored by players playing in the xv matches and this explains the discrepancies from the AFL Official as we have had 2 byes and in some cases players are not named on the field as well eg the Hegehogs have named Jack Riewoldt as emergency for the last 2 rounds so his 4 goals for those 2 rounds are not counted,
Goals are recorded after each round of fixtures for players that played on the field including subs. (Another task for Administrator).

Looking forward to seeing Staines captain Kieran Jack force his way in to the Top 5 averages in the coming weeks.
His last 5 scores: 148, 150, 157, 154, 160. Avg: 153.8 o.0
OP Updated after Round 11
Is the highest average based on their total average or just their average on games played?
Have a unique case of Levi Greenwood, we played him for his first 169 then missed most of his bad scores and played him during his latest hot run (last 5 average of 155+) so he may be in the top 5 averages in our comp but not overall
At the moment I am just recording total averages but in cases like this when brought to my attention will investigate. Easiest way when recording all scores as most top players will play all games however an easy task to work out unique case when brought to my attention. You used Greenwood as sub and as such all his sub scores will count but as you say you dodged some low scores.
