BELARUS BISON (LAHUG)

Both teams have peaked at the right time, with the bison posting their 2 biggest scores of the season in the finals soo far with 2 150+ scores out of thier 3 finals games. The metal have posted 2 150+ socres, beating the top 2 teams and would have to be the favourites at this stage. The bison have knocked vatican city along with taking out the number 2 seeds and last years premiers in the wolves. Going into the game there was a slight edge to the metal, reflective of there last encounter in which the metal won 152 to 147. With Mundy out the bisons captain heading over to simmonds stadium, I have to give the win to the metal.
Its finals though and its anyones game.

you mean nails team. my team does look awesome, unfortunately its not playing this week.
Hard to see the metal losing this one
Swedish Metal: $1.10
Belarus Bison: $3.00
BISON
Def - Duffield, Taylor, Scotland, Chaplin
Mid - Mitchell (VC), Kelly, Armitage, Jackson
Ruck - Jacobs
Fwd - Rockliff (C), Stokes, Sylvia, Monfries
Int - Zorko, Roughead
Emg - Q. Lynch (F), J. Bolton (M/F), L. Russell (D)
Weakest team that I've named all year! The list of outs is very, very long...
In the backs, I'd be having Suckling in place of Chaplin, but he's been out all year. Mids is where it really hurts with Mundy and Ball both missing. This means I had to move my utilities to the mids and bring in Zorko and Jacobs (against the Cats and West Coast which sounds very dodgy!)
Go the Metal! Rock on.
Good luck to both Huggy and Nails :)
Go bison! :D
Good luck Nails and Huggy!
Got to think Metal look better on paper, but much can change during the round :-X.
Brian Lake 75 was the Metal's only score of the night. :)
The Bison had Mitchell (82) and Roughead (95) both solid scores. They also have Jude Bolton's 55 at E2.

Far from what I'd call solid from a premium midfielder... Needed 100+ minimum from him :-\
Solid enough
Lake was on 41 about 2 minutes into 2nd quarter
Absolutely useless for the rest of the game. But happy enough with how it stands right now seeing as Lake is one of our worst players and he just finished behind Mitchell.
Not looking good for the Bison in Q1 of Saints game...
24 minutes gone in Saints game
They have Armitage 14, Duffield 15
We have Montagna (C) 36*2, NDS 46, NRoo 35 and Dempster 18
shower.......... Game over man, game over :(
Congrats nails and pb.
Your stkilda boys hand you the flag.
Ross Lyon, I can't quite put my finger on how many times you've flowered over my DT, but I really don't like you...
For the record LH, pretty sure our list of outs was longer.
We had heaps of mids out that line up most weeks, but we have 8-12 to choose from :o
I just saw Clint Jones' score... didn't even make him emergency. He averages about 75 and has been particularly poor in his last 4. Of course he pulls out a 121 this week.

You've got it in the bag. Bad week to be poor although your Saints boys have won it regardless. Well done.
FFS
Cox off injured, he was going to score 140 too at the rate he has been going in Q2 and 3. Hopefully he comes back ASAP.

4 players to come, provided they avoid the vest this could be huge. Especially considering they're all playing the Demons.
Melbourne to win by 150 and keep Bulldogs to a team total of 30 disposals...
Only Melbourne would be able to keep a team to 30 total disposals and only win by 150.
Think it's safe to say that the Metal have this in the bag now, with a big help in Joey as Captain against a depleted Freo. Bad luck Huggy, but nice win this year Nails, despite Eagles/Bashers being heavy favourites early!
We didn't name our best team for most of the season, wanted the other teams to not rate us ;)
I think this will be like 6 weeks in a row we did/would have outscored the Eagles. If not 6 then at least 5 weeks.
Unlucky Huggy. :(
Joey was a good help, however Rocky didn't do too badly as skipper either! Just had the right players for Rd 23 i guess, which Nails might say was all part of the plan :P but it definitely wasn't haha.

Out of interest, what is the highest ever score in EXVs?

lol Jobe Watson you suck.
Metal went HUGE to end the season :o :o. Deserve the title with a monster score like that!
Congrats on the win nails, the Bison just couldn't keep up! Well deserved :)
Is that season high or Euro high score?
Pretty sure it's a season high for all Euro teams, and maybe a Euro high ever as don't remember a score in the 180's!
that was monstrous lol.
That looks like by far the biggest score in EXV history!!! Well done guys.
Congrats Nails on the EXVS flag.
Don't forget assistant PB, he was a big part in the Metal acquiring the granny
Cheers fellas
Congrats Nails and PB.
Sorry I haven't had a chance to update gameday this round. What an awesome score from the Metal!!!
Well done Nails and PB!

Also higher than the highest score ever in Worlds which was set by my Worlds team
Highest score ever in Worlds is 183 and that was WITH HGA.
#onlyMetalfan
But Euros score less than Worlds
I know, which makes it even MORE impressive
Once you factor in weighting
We scored like 189 equivalent to Worlds
so 6 points higher. :o
I'm agreeing with you Nails...
I know, just emphasising how huge it was.
World Cup would of been big
