yeah im on the list in the link, ranked 19000 ish, keeping in mind i didnt register and start until round 3, not sure where i would have ranked with the extra 4500 points from rounds 1 and 2 which i got 0 for.

the rank from last year isnt a golden rule :) just a guide.
i would rather someone who takes overall points as their primary goal, then someone who is playing to win a mates cash league as their main objective(saving trades for finals and such)

This year will be the first year I will be playing more tan 1 Leauge as for the last 2 years have just played the randomly selected league so this year looking to the challenges of very competitive Leagues.

a shocking year for SC for me i have to admit too many stupid risks to start and just as many stupid trades along the way...
sitting 7th on the ladder and 7th in overall points, hope to scrape in to the top 8 and take part in the finals.....

I would actually like an invite to this league next year. My SC is killing my DT (lol) and actually having a solid year. Got 22 prems in my side and ranked about 1k. I didn't many good leagues cause I was late to make my mind in playing SC, but have had a solid year and look to make top 500 if I can post strong in the next few rounds.

Yep, keen to go round again.
Will have to give it a miss mate, so my spot is open for someone else. Would of been great to be a part of it again as it was one of the most competitive leagues going around.
Unfortunately for my SC/DT teams but lucky for me i shall be in Thailand and UK until July. Because of this flowering rolling lockout i will not be able to be that competitive, eg by being able to manipulate emergency scores etc just like i did with VS's big bash comp this weekend. It will be hard enough to get all the info on my round one team over the preseason let alone having to be online 10 mins before each match with the international time diff.
The rolling lockout is going to destroy the game for the casual but dedicated seasoned coaches who still want a life! I hope its not here 2014. >:(

It will be intersting to see how the rolling lockouts effect the comp., I can understand why they are doing it,but as you said it may just mean the person who has access to the net over the whole weekend for every week will get a huge advantage.

I am keen to get into a competitve league this year with good players all across the board... I seem to try to get into leagues to late, last year I organised a league and we finished in top 100 but were let down by the bottom half of the coaches who promised much but delivered minimal. Each year I finish in top 1000. I fielded Jams Crows last year and finished a personal best 12th overall. Let me know if you have space left for a seasoned coach.

think he has some personal issues or some FF issues? he pulled out of AXVS a week or two ago and Toga his assistant stepped up to run the team, think he will be back, maybe just needed a break or has some life issues going on he needs to deal with or has the showers with someone on FF :)

Yeh i was going to suggest using it mate, everyone with an * has had their rank confirmed by me.
I understand your disappointment i would be annoyed also tbh by the lack of a PM, wanting to leave
is fair enough but say you didn't have it brought to your attention or never saw someone was missing
it could potentially derail the league not just for you but 16 other people which is pretty ordinary.
Edit: If im contacted by anyone to join leagues that has a good rank i'll point them in your direction or try to assist you by keeping my eyes open for anyone that would suit the bill.

Hi guys, ive sent 'playndcards' a PM to find out if everythings ok, since his team is still incomplete.

Was listed as groin soreness only and he played through with it on forward line. I am sure if it was serious and the way we were being flogged he would have been taken off, This weeks Medical Report still not published from club so waiting till then to see if anything official comes out.

I would like to welcome a new coach to the DV8's in 'Grufflez'
We are now 18/18 ...finally ::) Good luck to all for the season, hopefully we can be one of many FF leagues in the top 20
DV8s sitting 23rd, moved up 4 spots last week. :) A top 20 league is within our reach, c'mon lads one last charge to the line.
Ended up with league rank of 21st. Bad luck guys, so close
Not as good as last year. Sorry my finish did not help. So many injuries 😡😡😡

about 1000 points from memory, and the winner was about 800 or so in front of second place! He thrashed the lot of us! No chance of winning! Was going for second place up until the last round!

Yeah it's good for an Admin. to know there are keen quality Coaches waiting in the wings for a spot to open up. :)

Hoping SC raise the league numbers this year to atleast 10 which i think is a good number, theres alot of leagues you'd like to be part of but can't with just five available.

Quite a few Coaches not returning has opened the door for eight new additions to the league.

This will be the Fifth year of the DV8s, so the apprenticeship is over and it's time to turn pro.
There is a 18K prize(1K each) for the highest league at the end of round 1, that should be our first goal. Let's hit the ground running and lead from the start.

Yep only up from here my worst start to SC in 5 years,
My team was pretty crap last week, and I ended up stuck with Hartley and Grimley and no loophole that might have got me Ablett instead of Fyfe. :-[ >:(
Aiming for better, but it could be a long haul.
The DV8s finished 93rd. Not the top 20 we hoped for, but considering there are 25,868 leagues it's still a decent effort..

Sitting 96th. Not bad considering how many leagues are in SC. It's still early in the season, one good week and we can move up 20+ spots.

Playing the leader Mountzilians and we have only 7 different on ground, going to be difficult to catch him!
Moved up 40 odd spots, sitting at 45th now. I had a pretty poor rd.11, rd.12 is looking more promising though.
58th after the bye rounds. Plenty of time to make up ground on the top 20.
Entering into the final round, DV8s are sitting 78th overall. Considering the amount of leagues in Super Coach, it's not a bad result.

Think we are all having a crappy year. I am ranked 7k at the moment and have Fyfe as well and with injuries low on trades so may just keep.
Distastrous round and now dropped out of top 600 - agree, have to keep Fyfe until he does a Treloar or Macrae
They are saying 4-5 weeks. Freo are unlikely to make Finals, so it's not like they'll rush him back. Think he has to go.

Going into this year with a different pre season. Worked out a rough structure and won't look at the team until a few weeks out from round 1.
Not going to over think it, my SC rank has been crap last few seasons. Poor starts have put me on the back foot from the get go.

Depending on how many in it, something like 12 teams with 4-5-1-4 /5 for example, Keeping X amount of players each year.
Not sure on what options are available, so can't say exactly the details. Anyhow let me know if interested.

It's the first year that SC and AF are doing keeper leagues, so most will be new to it.
I've had a look at the options and this is what I think will be best.
10 teams, playing each other twice. With limited format options, 4-5-1-4 /5 (19 players) seems decent.
Only having 10 teams also avoids many ruck issues.
Will turn off Captainx2, but turn on Emg. rule. Makes it fairer. Any questions just ask.

Yeah it's a draft league(been around a few years now), but teams get to keep some players the next season.
For example: We draft 19 players for 2021, end of year keep 10 and draft another 9 in 2022.
