I'm going to have to echo that. What great fun. I only discovered it 2 days ago and I've already been up at 1:30 on a work night, and have the missus on the back about "dreamteam".
Some poor training choices early meant that all my players became valuable jack-of-all-trade polyglots rather than specialists in their area, meaning that my club is in a dark period where any other team of similar value crushes us, and I can't play teams at my level without an exodus of fans. Gradually year by year I introduce new players into the system and the margin of the thrashings is gradually lowering.
m0nty, I have a bunch of beta feedback that I will post after work (east coast US time) today unless I'm working past midnight. I can't post from work or else they'll block the site in future. I lost bigfooty access that way.

Maybe I'll do it justice one day if I join a big company and get some resources behind me. Right now I'm focused on other things with more immediate payback. It's a shame. :(
