1) Adjustment to time on ground.
3 suggestions to be voted on - Stay at 20%, Increase to 25%, Increase to 30%.
25% time on ground preferred option so will be implemented this season
2) Do we change positions when UF do?
Majority vote for yes here so will see amendments when UF do
3) Do we do a period of Free agency with reduction of teams prior to 2nd Draft

Mid Season Draft
With the effect of Covid, Long Term injuries and the number of players now being taken in SSP draft is it appropriate to consider again a mid season draft,
Suggestions on how it would work:
After Round 7 teams nominate if they wish to participate, Nominations to close on the Friday after Rd 7.
Draft to be on a one for one basis in reverse ladder order as at end of previous year.
Players will then be available for Rd 9.
Comments welcome on whether to do or suggested changes.

Good a time as ever to bring it up, buff TOG for emgs to 25 or 30%.
