Good contest, Ottawa put up a great score but were still outmatched by the RAMPAGING Sinners (had that line in the oven for a while). As expected, Jack Scrimshaw was a clear BOG.

Speaking of rampaging, Boston go from strength to strength with another impressive score, but this time picking up the win against a much more fancied opponent as they close the gap on second spot to just the four points, plus a ton of percentage. Laird may have slowed down after his first half onslaught, but fellow crom legends Tex and Pidgeot Keays guided them home COMFORTABLY. Three scores in the 40s and two in the 50s cost Quito, and they didn't have the firepower to make up for it.

Carolina were on the ropes most of the round, with their four midfielders until today scoring 69, 58, 57, and 40, but Bont 156x2 is really all you need to know, as even a standard ton (imagine even getting a ton out of your captain) by him wouldn't have been enough, instead producing enough to get them easily over the line. Chicago can be pleased with their 5 tons in the midfield, but not enough support around the ground, plus they didn't luck into a 150 as captain.

Not a pretty game...NBH needed all four EMGs to fill in, and didn't have a forward score over 51, but can still place all of their blame on another match swung by a 150ish captain score, this time by Zach Merrett (an Anaheim key player under 35???). Merrett, and Boak to a lesser extent, hard carried Anaheim, while Steele did his fair share of carrying for the Hawks.
