Delisting must be done by Thursday 16th of January 11:59pm AEDT
you must have 44 players or less prior to the rookie draft which will start a few days after delisting deadline.
If you want to take a pick in the rookie then you must be under the 44 cap. So if you had 42 on your list, you can take your first 2 rookie picks. If you have more spots then rookie picks then you will get allocated picks after everyone has used up all their available rookie picks.
