Yeah, In one of my leagues I got beaten by a score of 2752
2652. Lots of 2500+ scores in my league too ... was a massive round.
Agree, 2800+ round score may be needed for prize.
2491... mucked up with Ryan over Shaw and Greenwood over Nank. Blew 66 pts there. So much for loopholing.
On the bright side I made 4 GFs.

finally got over 2400 for the first time and lost over 700 places to 4289
A few years ago now, maybe even 2009 I scored 2900+ in the second last round and it barely scratched the top 100 scores for the round. I think 3100 won it from memory. Something about second last round and gigantic scores.
