Thank you soo much Nas for getting us back on track.

now this week im going to try and implement the new scoring system from Purp. For that to work can people please name their teams with players first and last name (I know most of you do already).

Here is a big one though if you have one of these guys can you please try to name them with the middle name and a dot.

Tom J. Lynch
Josh J. Kennedy
Josh P. Kennedy
Nathan J. Brown
Scott D. Thompson

Lastly if you could put your team into the google doc then that would be fantastic and a big help. If not here is fine but if you could make sure you put the first and last name that would be great.

There is no need to compile scores like some coaches do, if it all works i should have  Thursday + Friday nights scores up on the Friday.

What about with Matt/Matthew and other names that are commonly shortened, for example, I have Broadbent and just wondering which I should put down.

Think full would be the way to go. Few others stand out like Powell-Pepper, Brynn-Jones etc. Holz be better to answer this IMO

Got to say im loving the full names.

stumbling upon a Kennedy Jones Smith isnt much fun.

Hungary needs this win if not we might be looking to do a reverse Serbia and go from top team to bottom team in a year. You would think with the best player in the comp I would be racking in the wins. This team was built to go back to back.

trading out hurley because he was a don looks a real stupid move.

I'll upload it to the spreadsheet  later tonight(and hopefully fix up any of the teams I missed in previous weeks- sorry I've been really sub par as a coach. Does anyone have what AFL round corresponds to what euros round somewhere?)

The spreadsheet re rounds I think i've got it right re rounds as well as up to date. Have started on the teams list so they need to be continued if people get time.

English Lions   136  drew with Iceland Polar Bears   136
Serbian Eagles   127   lost to   Macedonian Wolves   143
Belarus Bison   125   lost to   Belgian Bashers   165
Croatian Crushers   119   lost to   Greek Titans   138
Swiss Storm   134   def   Svalbard Valkyries   132
Swedish Metal   119   lost to Russian Roulettes   150
Spanish Stallions   123   lost to Hungarian Hulks    106

wow what a week, a draw between Iceland and England.

The Storm just get over the line despite the HGA against them, they where the only away team to win this week.

Belgium pull a monster score, so will probably drop sub 120 next week.

Hungary has fallen off the map from the champions to the worst team in the comp. This is with the great Rockliff.

yeah 100 from Jelly would have got you there.

Thats right on his average score so would have been another nail biter.

Standard from Belgium!

I wouldn't worry LF. That trade we did for Selwood was digustingly uneven in your favour in hindsight ;)

This is the numbers for the bashers

150 145 135 162 170 139 163 139 165

actually been really elite this year.  152 average for the season is crazy, watch out those are Serbia Eagle numbers and we all know they dont win premierships.

England and Russia within 5 points a game too.

The scariest stat is your going at 23 points more a week then the reigning premiers.

I feel like Bison could be really good if we had a consistent backline... Or even just defenders that scored over 60.

Grundy Treloar combo is killer.

Im sure Nank will garner huge amounts of interest in the offseason for those teams who need a ruck.

im still annoyed at myself for giving Hurley away for basically free.
