Hey guys, the AFL Women's draft is today :) So can hopefully start the draft soon. Some notes:

- The draft order was selected at random
- I believe the list size for each team is 25 + 2 rookies, so therefore we have 27 rounds (won't have rookies in this comp)
- I'm guessing what position each player is, based on the draft notes. I could be very wrong.
- We will try to do SC scoring, but if that isn't available, it will be DT or whatever is available
- This is basically a mulligan year. It will still count as a premiership, but we will do almost an entire redraft next year, with each team able to keep 3 players from this year. Basically because we don't know anything about it yet!
- Try to select a players so that you can field 4B-4M-1R-4F-2I, but please note we may have to adjust this
- You can auto select at any time based on the order that player was drafted in
- If you don't take your selection within in 24 hours, or within 2 hours of being logged on, you will get skipped and allocated the next player in the draft.

I would think for the first season we should base them on what Ossie has named them, would be pretty annoying if you draft a team based on positions in the draft and end up not being able to field a team, or be very short in certain positions.

Yeah I don't think anyone should lose any position from Ossie's original guide but some could certainly gain.

I sent Ossie a list of all of the positions yesterday that he hasn't done yet .. they are based on the clubs player profiles on them.

An athlete who has been ultra-successful in WNBL basketball. In fact some may say she is the most successful ever. The leagues games record holder she is essentially Brent Harvey. Now she has made her way over the the AFLW and all the heartless coaches on XVW couldn't show her the respect she definitely deserves.

How are we gonna decide who gets her? A few ways we could do this I guess.
- Randomly assign her to a team using a generator.
- Whoever gets the top score in round 1 gets her.
- Whoever gets the lowest score in round 1 gets her.
- She doesn't get picked at all.

give her to the lowest total scoring team after 2 rounds?
