Poll
Question:
Who will win??
Option 1: Manchester Magic
votes: 2
Option 2: Iceland Polar Bears
votes: 5
So after 6 long weeks, it's down to the final two teams. One from the Euros competition, a strong Euros side Iceland Polar Bears, managed by site admin Hellopplz. The other, is only in this competition because of a Brexit-like decision from the Nottingham Hoods, and boy have they made the most of it. Manchester Magic are through, managed by Torpedo10. So either way it's going to be an unpopular winner right? ;)
These two sides have earned their chance to play off for glory, good luck to both teams :)

It is, I just hadn't added it up myself :)
Tell me here who doesn't want to barrack for the fire breathing Polar Bears from Iceland? Besides Torpy.
We British people are really hoping a torpedo is launched straight into the polar bears.
ANIMAL CRUELTY! AGAINST ENDANGERED SPECIES AS WELL!!
More reason NOT to go for the BXV team!!!

It's ok, we are Magicians.
We can revive your Polar Bears after we are have won.
tbh it's a bad look for the XVs if a team that wasn't even supposed to be in the comp wins the whole thing. :P

Why are you so against us?
You've brought this up like four times, just let it go.

Blame LF if Torp wins :P
At the moment this Saturday afternoon is the first one where I am doing nothing for the first time this winter, so I might have some updated scores after 3 games at the very least, and then also on the Sunday morning hopefully :)
Manchester shoulda been gone in the group stage :P
Manchester would be as deserving as any if they come from the position they did to win it all!
Sigh. I miss the comp already. See you in 2018 I guess :(
I'm not saying that Manchester don't deserve to win, either side would be worthy victors, but the Lambs should have knocked them off weeks ago
Aaaand I get sick, the one time I'm home during the weekend :( Sorry guys no live updates >:(
Iceland travelling along solidly. Nothing spectacular but all putting in decent effortsmostly besides Heeney. But Buddy's down game was matched so think we might be in with a good shot to bring it home on Saturday if Zach has a big one :D.

I can't be stuffed doing scores because it's ugly, but I still think if Zac can spud we have this.
He goes 100+ and we are done though.
Zerrett going near 150 and Picken/Dunks also put in mighty efforts. Guess there will be a party all week long in ReykjavÃk! :D :D :D
BXV scores please :)
I'll be able to get them up tomorrow arvo,
Although I think I can predict the result. :(
442 point flogging in the end, which means....
CONGRATULATIONS ICELAND POLAR BEARSCHAMPIONS OF THE XVS FOR 2016

Thanks PB for running the comp and happy to grab the win to represent Euros :D.
Certainly was not an easy run but we made it! Time to treat the boys to a nice relaxing stay at the Blue Lagoon.

I can't deny it any longer. :'(
We will be welcoming Dion Prestia, Michael Barlow and Tommy Lynch to ease the pain though. :P
Congratulations Iceland, well coached HP!
Well done HP, let us look down on all these inferior coaches.
