Shaqiri to Stoke is really going to be a huge signing for them
They have some quality attacking options now - Mame Biram Diouf, Peter Crouch, Shaqiri, Bojan, Marko Arnautovic, Ibrahim Afellay, etc. Will be interesting how they go on those cold rainy nights.
Didn't get around to doing this. I haven't really watched anything nor do I follow it closely but here goes nothing:
Title Winner: Arsenal
Champions League spots: Man City, Chelsea, Liverpool
Relegation Spots: Bournemouth, Norwich, Aston Villa
2015/16 Overachievers: Can I say Arsenal because 1st compared to 3rd is overachieving? Swansea otherwise.
2015/16 Underachievers: Manchester United (will miss top 5)

Predicted Golden Boot winner (highest goalscorer): Sanchez
Predicted Golden Glove winner (GK with most clean sheets): Courtois
Predicted Player of the Year: Sanchez
Predicted Breakout Player: Hector!!
I'm also here to make sure that everyone gets along not that I doubt you people :)
Some of the mid-table clubs have really stepped up to start the year - Leicester, Swansea, Stoke all making good starts
Meanwhile Chelsea aren't having a great start either, to say the least...
Get around the Foxes!
I'm not really a soccer fan but Manchester City are flowerin smashin Newcastle right now. just goal after goal
Newcastle scored first, then it was 1-1 at HT, now 65 minutes in, 6-1 City

Aguero scored 5 goals in 20 minutes.... wow
Chelsea lost again... Geez something might have to change soon
Never noticed this thread (probably because I really haven't had much to get excited about) but holy shower, if we get Jurgen Klopp I'll be so goddamn up-and-about.
Feel sorry for BR, he's been a great manager and got closer to a title than anyone since Benitez. If we don't get Klopp, then we've made the wrong call. If we do, then it's the right call.
Also Arsenal looked unreal for the first 20 minutes last night. Some of that ball movement was special. Walcott up front looks so much more dangerous than Giroud.

The first time Wenger did it was a few seasons ago and it looked wonderful. Then it stopped and I don't know why. Suddenly it's back and it's briliant :D
Also Walcott striker has been my FIFA tactics since forever.
I'll have to stop disliking Liverpool as much as I currently do if they get Jurgen Klopp, I love that man and what he did for Dortmund. :-*
Also, I refuse to talk about how shower our season has been so far, but all this talk of sacking Mourinho is stupid. He's the man for the job and if anyone can get us out of this rut, it's him. He's already done wonderful things for the club and getting us back up the table by season's end is well and truly doable.

When you lose to Liverpool, you know something is seriously wrong :P

Haha not at all, more to do with me trying to procrastinate from exam revision, a house-mate having NBA live pass and me playing with by William Hill account :P
Leicester City are top of the EPL! :o 8)
Zlatan wants us :o
Chelsea getting a new coach...will that help?

Probably not.
Any one still alive in the EPL fantasy cup.? Bombed out Rd1 :'(
First EPL match I've watched in like a year or two last night in Arsenal Vs Leicester. Wow, that was quite the victory! Leicester did so well defending but Arsenal constantly pressured especially after they went down early in the penalty.
That stoppage time goal to Welbeck!! HUGE for him as the sub.

Was hoping Leicester could hold on for a draw. I put a free bet on them to win the title at Christmas, they were still $21 then.
I was quite surprised and bloody happy with our win over Arsenal over the weekend
Rashford with a brace on debut and in general really good performance against a poor Arsenal side who let 3 points slip really.
Hopefully the momentum of last week can continue with a win v Watford. Just need Liverpool to do us a favour this week v Man showerty and we could well be still in the mix for top 4.
If the move by Man United is to replace LVG with Mourinho at the end of the season I will be pissed. LVG hasn't had a great year but we have a lot of injuries at the moment and he has a very good rapport with our younger players and I am not a fan Mourinho at all.
Well Livershower did the job 3-0...
I think Arsenals title hopes are done, again! :'(

Apart from this Saturday nights game v Tottenham and their home game v Man City they have a good draw. Saying that no one expected them to lose to Man United or Swansea.
They have to beat Tottenham on Saturday.
They just need 3 more points.... Surely they can't choke it from here?? Man U (A), Everton (H), Chelsea (A) to close the season, not the easiest three games...
Seeing as it's either them or Tottenham now I'd rather see Leicester win it, just coz Tottenham are the enemy.
Looking at my pre-season predictions I got Villa relegating correct! ;)
Leicester have it on lock.
I'm more interested in the promotion battle in the Championship!
Burnley, Middlesborough and Brighton all on the same amount of points. Brighton and Middlesborough have to play each other in one of their final two games too, so the winner secures promotion and the loser has to make it through playoffs basically!
My boys at Brighton have been seriously close the past couple of season since coming up from League One, hopefully they make it.
Such a disappointing end to our season.
Been a terrible week and a half for my sporting teams :'(
