RICHMOND star Jack Riewoldt has signed a three-year contract extension, tying him to the club until the end of the 2019 season.
The Tigers moved early to secure the in-form goalkicker, who was due to come out of contract at the end of next season and would have been a restricted free agent.
The 26-year-old's extension comes just a week after All Australian defender Alex Rance re-committed to the club for four more seasons.
Good news, would leave a big hole in the goal square if he were to leave.

Was never gonna leave us, loves the club more than anything. Good to get the signing done though :-*

Just thinking about it more, that's Jack, Rance, Cotch, Lids and Brando (among others) that we have signed up to long-term deals taking them to at least the end of 2017. With the exception of Dusty (end of 2016) we've got a good core group of the boys locked away now, really pleasing to see!
