How are Reserves scores added up? Is it the accumulation of every player not in the best 15, regardless of position? Or is it the best 18? Or do positions matter?

Every player not in the 15 I'm pretty sure.
That's correct, every player not in the 15 that plays seniors plays in your reserves side. It's easiest to compile scores that way and it does reward teams that have that bit of extra depth.
Also, here are the ladders from last round. Apologies for not getting around to them earlier in the week. Interesting to see where some teams are placed a quarter of the way through the season.
