Profile
As an under 18 Billings exhibited the ability to gather large amounts of ball and kick multiple goals. He showed glimpses of that in his debut year but also had some really down games. Between Rounds 5 and 9 he didn't drop below 76 points so that showed he's capable of being consistent, however as a half forward/occasional mid his scores are somewhat linked to how well his teammates perform and this is a concern given St Kilda's current slump. The vests mean Jack is under priced by 4 or 5 points and if he can improve his goal conversion (14.15 in 2014) then it will help lift his average. He'll be at a difficult price but as a forward with plenty of upside he's worth having a look at.
Pros - Good kick/handball ratio and marking numbers, goalkicker
Cons - St Kilda effect, second year blues?
Prediction - 72-76

going to be a gun pretty happy to have him in 2 of my XV teams
Reckon he will play more game time, and be less likely to be used as a sub in 2015. Still thinking they will play him off half forward at this stage, and might be moved into the mids in a year or two.
Won't pick him this year, but will be a good option down the track.
may get more mid time with Hayes retiring, and Nroo finally getting on
will be monitoring in preseason, but likely a no from me (even with DPP)
One more year.
Yeh probably a few years away from being a decent pick. Nice writeup though mate
sir gun of gunningham. leader of all guns. we are not worthy.
