Last Week!! Made it in all my League Finals... with a Fair Bit of $$ on the line!!
i have 2 Trades and $183,800 in the bank!!
bit unsure where i should upgrade...
I have a few ideas but thought id see where u fellas would look.. (Keeping in mind loophole abilities)
Def: McVeigh, Malceski, Swallow, Jaensch, Simpson, Mitchell (Thompson, Georgiou)
Mids: Pendlebury, Selwood, Sloane, Priddis, Rockliff, Watson, Miles, WARD (Hartung, Spina)
Ruck: Sandilands, Mumford (Brown, King)
Fwd: Gray, Parker, Dangerfield, Zorko, Martin, S Martin (Roughead, Lennon)
Cheers!!
Nice team. That forward line is awesome. Wait and see on Ward as that could be one trade needed there, then I would be looking at a defender for Simpson or Jaensch, depending on how much cash you have left over.
was thinking Andrew Swallow for Ward could do well vs Melbourne
or Jordan Lewis vs an underdone Pies
Too be honest I'm a bit hesitant to pick any mid playing Melb (Priddis the example)
What i was thinking is -
Bench Simpson (E loophole)
If he gets 100+ keep his score with Georgiou on field..
Then look to upgrade Miles + Ward
Thinking Greene + Liberatore?
If Simpson stinks it up again..
Upgrade L Thompson to Hurn
And I'll have enough to trade
Ward - Liberatore?!
(I think Libba will kill it against GWS)
Effectively giving me 2 shots at D5-6 100+ score...
And I'll loophole Roughy Friday night.. If he scores well I'll bring Spina into Fwds for either Dusty or Zorko
If he fails leave him on Bench..
That might all sound a bit confusing.. thoughts?!
Bump.. Thoughts anyone?!?
Help!! Anyone got other ideas..
Or am I on track??

I think you're right. What do you want to know? You're not really asking a question, just posting a wall of "what ifs".
GWS have been killing fantasy scores, I don't know if I'd expect fireworks from Libba against them, particularly given the form he's been in recently. Not appalling but certainly not the 120+ streak he went on earlier in the year. Sidebum would be my choice, but Ward to sidebum leaves you with only 150k. I had assumed Thompson was SDT, but if it's luke then that'll only give you 370k to spend, which doesn't buy you much. My pick for a Ward downgrade would be Prestia, bad game against Carlton makes his 3 and5 round average look mediocre but he's been in good form and could go well against Weagles. That would leave you with ~460k for Thompson swap which looks better, Bob Murphy as a POD, put 90 on GWS earlier in the year...
The Roughy loophole could be a gem but who to bench if he goes big? Good luck getting that one right.

It'd have to be Dusty. not playing at 100% fitness, & playing Sydney.
