I have 4 trades left but still have Wingard spudding up in my forward line. Trade him or keep him? I normally like to have about four trades left going into the finals  :-\

Keep, you don't have enough trades to be sidewasying premos at this stage.

Wingard is far from a premo this year. I say trade him.
If you are going for league and top4 then definitely trade to win the first week so you get a week off.
