Title: Which 2 Trades? Can Give Advice in Return

Alright guys so here's my team for this week ^

As you can see should have a solid number playing.

As a result I have been considering a couple trades:

JKH > Charlie Cameron
Hampson > Jacobs

or

Redden > GAJ
JKH > Rookie under 187K (someone like Lincoln McCarthy if not injured anymore)

But I guess now that Chapman is out should probably look at trading him.

What trades should I make? IDK.

Trying to free up my team for round 10 bye as should be good for this week.

I would look at getting rid of JKH for someone like Nathan Bock..

As for the second trade maybe Redden to GAJ, or otherwise Chapman to Dusty or Dangerfield if you can afford it!

Hmmm

Could also go:

Chapman > Charlie Cameron
J. Polec > Gary Ablett + 230K for next weeks trades

Though it does leave me with an extra round 10 bye player than what I really wanted.

Dead set on Cameron hey? Bock all the way.

(would get Bock in, instead of Cameron, forgot about Bock. Though Bock won't be vested would he? I guess that's why they used VFL)

Just thought of this potential gem:

Chapman > Bock
Hallahan > GAJ

Enables me to get 20-21 players on the park this week and should help boost my rankings pending team announcements. Bonus that it doesn't involve Pies/Crows so can wait for Sunday teams.

Looks good if it helps you out for next week, although Hallahan does have a very low BE.  You are looking short for players in round 10.

I do like this, just means that you will have to play Bock or JKH on field - not the worst scenario but you wouldn't want to rely on that for too long I don't think.

Can you go Chappy to Martin, Redden to Gaj or not enough money.

Looks good if it helps you out for next week, although Hallahan does have a very low BE.  You are looking short for players in round 10.

Part of the reason trading out Hallahan looks appealing, is he even guaranteed to play round 10?

I /should/ have these players for round 10:

Bartel, Enright, Suckling, Swallow, Langford, Murphy

GAJ, Johnson, Pendles, Beams, Boyd, Polec

Hampson

Bock, Wright, Higgins, Lloyd

All those 17 should be named and then I'd obviously use my trades to bring in 2 more players

e.g. JKH > Cameron (if named a 2nd week)
Redden > Premo like D. Swan

Which should give me 19 for round 10.

43K short of this option.

Yep good point, but i think Hallahan has sealed his spot until Mitchell's return at least.

Yeah Hallahan would be nice to keep but I think trading him out is a necessary evil if I want to improve my team heaps this week.

GAJ + Redden should score more than GAJ + Hallahan bye effected lol

Essentially I get 1 more player playing this week and it's a bloke that's a solid chance to ton up.

I feel this kinda team would also be a shot at a top 500 weekly rank, if not the weekly which would be nice. Trying to get myself into the top 1K (currently 2.7K) and a week where I might be able to gain 300 points over some teams would be nice.

Yeah if your're going for overall you need to look long term and with points increase to claw yourself up the ladder.  Downgrade/upgrade each week sounds like the logical plan.

Bock not named = spanner in the works

Chapman > Charlie Cameron
and
Hallahan  > GAJ

OR

Chapman > Taylor Walker
Polec > GAJ

I would go with option 2.

Should have flowered Hampson off. What a flowering spud. I dunno how you've lasted so long in my team

Never should have done Hale > Hickey > Hampson... Hale bounced back a little at least ::)

Painful to have Hampson 36 with DerickX on the bench with 70. Had a small feeling DerickX belonged on field.
