I'll try and see if this thread works - lift you big Fijian muppet!
;D
ditto
Subbed ouch
Oh for flowers sake
will you guys have faith to keep him still, but he is nic nat anything can happen
Happy I stayed away, will be cheap in a few weeks.
he will bounce back but what other ruckmen are there besides mummy and sandi not really other options that are keepers.
:'(
If he's not injured or if it's not major or a repeat of last years injury I'll keep the faith. With the speed players are dropping or under performing this week it's definitely a time of more thought than action. Besides I still have Hurn to unload. Cheers fellow sufferers. ::)
Will he bounce back? That's the big question.
Would love to do a cheap upgrade to him from Hampson, but at this rate I'd be steering clear.
Looks injuried, couldn't put all of his weight on his foot at 3qt
If it was lack of match fitness you think he would be improving or running games out better , would not be suprised to see him out next week
Have missed just about all of the carnage this week and then Nic Nat decides to help out with that

+1
Unless he has a FULL pre season I think I'll pass on him..

Goldy is the clear pick, plays even when injured and scores alright. Cheap (for him) and should go back to pumping out 100+ scores as he is nearly back to full fitness.

Goldy and Minson still on my radar.. their bad days are 80+
I would rather him just miss a couple of weeks and be fit and firing rather that this crap.
Wasn't a player to have last year and shaping up that way again...he needs to put premium scores together and not just over 3-4 weeks ..more like 7-10 before I would be confident in picking him.
Way too risky now.
If he doesn't play next week I have no idea what I am gonna do. I've got no bench cover. I've got a trade in hand right now but only have 4,900 in the bank and my bench is King and Brown with Brown being 117,300 I can't bring in Currie or Derick. Nic Nat will drop to about 440k and with no cash in the bank my options will be limited. I'm stumped, well out of my crease Dean Jones styles. Could West blossom without Berger about? He scored a solid 86 yesterday with Berger playing a half.
How many times do I have to say COX!!!
Ok so he got 77 last night but that was the 2nd highest score in a team that got flogged... having any WCE players in your team was a bad call last night :P
His price will come down some more after last night, hasn't been out of the top 5 rucks in the last 3 years, was third highest on total points after round 3 (Mummy and Sandi 1 and 2) - I'll put in a caveat that Minson and Goldy are pretty close on his heels so may overtake him after this round. He'll still be in the top 5 though. Plays every game, is generally a legend. Scores are suffering with WC playing Lycett or Sinclair as well as Cox and NicNat, but after last night I think certain people might be under revision...
Give it a couple of weeks for his price to drop and level out, and for NicNat to be sent back to the gym, I'm bringing him in.
What are people doing with him now?
keep or trade?
Jacobs has 3 tons to his name now, might be an excellent selection given he looks to be back to 2012 from. I'll be tossing up between Jacobs, Cox & Goldy.
Flower you Sam Jacobs.
Could've done this last year but no.

I Know, I had jacobs last year and Nic Nat this year :(
NN is the most overhyped dud ever
Not sure how many NN owner's saw this:

Doesn't instill me with bucketloads of confidence but there's no mention of those two little horrible letters 'OP'.
With barely any ruck options a) setting the world on fire and b) getting out on the park every week, surely Nic is a hold for now..

YOU THINK HE IS GOOD? He is injury prone and inconsistent. That isn't good.

I kept a trade spare this week in case NicNat was a late withdrawal and I was going to trade him to Sauce as he was the only option I could afford. Boy do I wish this happened now ::) >:( :'(

But can we afford to be taking sub 50 scores from Nic Nat? He'll only get better yes, but how long is that going to take :-\
I have a 5 premiums who are a bit under par at this stage but I'm not overly concerned with any of them
But NicNat is way under par. After Rd2 I thought all was ok but that doesn't seem to be the case.
I'm prepared to say I made a mistake taking him and he has to go.
now I just have to work out who to bring in and how.
I almost wish that he plays reserves this week so at least his price wont drop any more and if he fails in the reserves ill move him on on the other hand if he can dominate i will keep him.(too much wishful thinking now)
