Round 1 - Seniors
Tokyo on top! Pacific and Beijing will be happy with positions also, while the Gods are cruel placing Dublin in 9th - meaning they still haven't made the top 8 in their history.

Bit of solace knowing that Dublin didn't make the 8 and that we're only one place behind in 10th.
From memory, we've got a really good run with a chance to put up a win streak like last year! ;)
waited soo long to be in the 8, playing the in form Magpies though it will be a tough ask.
Is this the first time I haven't been in the eight? I don't like it...
Aww yeah Beijing, killing it! :P
Round 2

Buenos Aires shoot to the top, as the top 4 look a familiar sight with one glaring exception - Sao Paulo (13th). Dublin and Cairo back in the eight, and Pacific will be loving its current 5th placing.

Third most points scored. Awesome! :D
Good start to our season with two wins.
It's weird to see the Pumas so low on the ladder.
Just foreshadowing Royals will be looking for a back up Ruckman in the trade period. Really hurting us till Bellchambers comes back.

Thurlow a decent shot this week at least with Ryder going down
After all our ruck troubles of last season, looks like we'll have three gun/playing ruckmen when Clarke gets back :P NicNat always a star, while Sinclair looks pretty good.

Yeah I don't like it... If the form doesn't pick up I could very easily be sitting at 0-4 and struggling to make the finals :-\
Hmm I think My Chumps and I need to have a selection meeting.
Reserves are gunning it with two wins but the first team is struggling.
Time to tinker...
MUMBAAAAAI!
finally in the top 8 for the first time ever. Looks good, will try and save there from now on.
Third 8)
PNL just waiting to pounce outside the 8 >:D.
Our defense in World's and the Reserves are leaky as! Glad to see our reserves are top scoring, got alot of players playing which is awesome! Still got a few more to come, so our reserves are certainly lifting this season :D.
Dillos reserves in the 8 after being like bottom 2 last year
Both sides in the 8 8) 8) 8)
WXV Round 3 Seniors
Wouldn't surprise me if the current top 4 (Buenos Aires, Dublin, Mexico City, Cairo) end up being the final top 4!
PNL in the top 8 for the first time, while Berlin slip out. Toronto, London and Wellington are still winless.

Most points for so far, helped out by a huge 166 this week.
With scoring like this, I'm hoping we're a good shot at top 4, finals, the premiership, World Idol and the World Cup.
#gloryhunting
Interesting results for Toronto! Obviously we have plenty of depth, just can't convert that into wins in the Seniors!
Uphill battle to finish where we belong, after making finals every single season of WXV up until this point
Depressing ladder for us :( Need Judd, Tippett, Motlop & Ibbo back fast & now Shuey out for a week :( If we can get to rd 5 2-3 I'll take it... If we get Judd, Tippett, Ibbo & Motlop back then we can start to fight >:) We've been lucky our depth has stood up so far (especially Merrett!).
Happy with our ladder position, disappointed with our performance.
I want the premiership favourite title back.
Dillos do have some big names out though with the likes of Heath Scotland and Michael Barlow missing (WHERE THE flower IS HEATH SCOTLAND?)
Also with Boyd resting was nearly deadly. Will be handy to have 15.1 players this week.

not really, mummy wont keep averaging 150 when he stars coming up against good rucks and GWS start losing.
Dillos for me, they have guys like Swan massively underpeforming
Pumas can pump out a score of 156 with a player scoring 4. Watch out once we actually get some defenders playing :P
Just kidding, I'm quite sure I'm going to be in for a very tough season

My post wasn't even remotely serious.
Top 4 contenders maybe, but we're not in the box seat.
If Boyd can go back to being a consistent premo instead of his 65 one week 135 the next would be nice.
Dane Swan returning would be nice.
Barlow not injured would be nice.
SERIOUSLY WHERE THE flower IS HEATH SCOTLAND? Surely he's without a doubt best 22 at Carlton, why is he not getting games? WTF
Didn't he get delisted then picked up as a rookie by them? Can't remember properly as was the off season :P.
Correct HP
But he was also one of their two pre-season rookie promotions.
Went like this:
On Senior List > Delisted > Rookie Drafted > BS Pre-season training > Promoted to senior list.
Maybe just not up to scratch or they are blooding younger guys for the future and using him as a mentor. Not sure to be honest.
How cute Nails thinks he has injury concerns

Armadillos and Suns only undefeated teams, PNL slip into the top 4 and the Pumas back in the 8! Toronto and Wellington winless at the bottom of the ladder.

Yew go Beijing! Good start to the season, could easily have been 3-1 as well if not for the HGA win to Pacific!
Being back in the 8 is nice :) Now I have eyes back on the top 4 ;)
Party time in Tokyo tonight we take any win we can get
Being number 1 doesn't mean much now, if we fall apart and need to start playing OOP like last season we could be in trouble.
With Chapman, Swan, Barlow and Gilbert to return within the next 4 weeks I think things shouldn't turn too sour.
Cairo best of the teams that are 2-2 and have a better percentage than the 2 teams above us!
Alexandria also the best of the 3-1 teams with a really good percentage compared to those below them.

Pumas this week to decide that top 4 place >:D. Nice to be 5th highest scoring team though :D.
Marseilles are also killing it on the points front. 711 points for, only 4 behind Comp leaders Mumbai, except we have lost 3 times :o. Defence is the worst in the comp by nearly 100 points! Think we've transferred bad luck from the Seniors into the Reserves this season :P.

Round 11 Ladder
Few interesting developments!
Mexico City now back on top! With the Armadillos slip to 2nd, with Dublin just behind on percentage.
Meanwhile the battle for 4th heat ups, with Sao Paulo, Moscow and PNL tied on 7 wins. The last 6 weeks should be interesting!
Cairo's superior percentage still has them a top 4 chance, but it is tough. London push Seoul out of the 8, despite a poor performance! With Cape Town not far our of the 8. Toronto and Berlin trying to make up ground.
Meanwhile, Wellington's percentage is fast gaining on Beijing...

Need to beat Moscow next week.
Not even sure what to say about Africonia tbh. :P
We just keep trucking on :D the ressies doing good too
Reckon next week is very much 50/50- HGA might decide it. Cairo should be favourites imo.
Anything less than 5 straight wins after that will be disappointing though.
i'm making a statement
as long as Shuey and Scooter play next week Tokyo will beat whoever it is we're playing our teams looking much better with Judd and Miles

Happy to be 6th, but we want to try and sneak into the top 4.
PNL are the next team in our way and they have Mexico next week, while we have Berlin who I think we should beat based on their current form.
Still liking our percentage as well. 8)
We have Mexico + Dublin next two weeks Nigey, so you guys may be able to overtake us unless we can pull off another major upset 8).
Got to say, Marseilles is showing the depth at PNL is paying off, never having to worry about fielding a full team (unless Lobbe goes down) :D.
We have 5 probable (and I'd say almost certain) wins coming up to close the season (10th, 11th, 12th, 15th and 18th) so would say both of you would need to win out or drop at most one game to stay above us.
Hoping the reserves can finish the season in second place tbh, not sure I'd want to come up against Marseilles first round of finals :-[

Yeah, looking likely Moscow/Cairo are going to finish above us because we do run into Mexico/Dublin next 2 weeks, so need a miracle there to win! Happy though we're safely in the 8 atm, so should be able to maintain our spot inside as winnable games the two weeks after.

Think Marseilles got some bad luck early, lost some matches but now running rampant :P. I'd love to finish fourth if Mumbai remain on top, just to give them a loss first week of finals >:D.
Haha, well second in the reserves finals would be a good result. Marseilles can take it out :P
Seniors Round 13
Pumas solidly in the top 4 now, with Moscow its biggest threat. Toronto slip into the 8 with London falling out, but only percentage separates 7th to 9th, with Cape Town and Berlin still in the game. Seoul are 2 games out of the 8 with 4 matches to go... tough from here.
Only 0.05% separates the spoon atm!

Round 14 Ladder
Buenos Aires very close to securing a top 2 finish, while the Destroyers could slip to 4th if they aren't careful. Moscow and PNL keep the pressure on 4th, while Toronto are looking solid.
Now the battle is on for 8th... Cairo and Berlin looking to battle that one out, while London and Cape Town can force there way in.
Seoul and Tokyo are mathematical chances, but not much else.
Beijing shift up the ladder, with Wellington now favourites again for the spoon.

Round 15 Ladder
Big changes, with 2 weeks to go!
Buenos Aires find themselves back on top, with the Suns slipping as percentage becomes key. Dublin unlikely to catch up to 1st, but top 2 still a possibility.
The battle for 4th heats up! Sao Paulo still have the edge, but any loss in the next 2 matches will likely see Moscow or PNL take its place.
Toronto are almost certainly secured of a finals spot, while amazingly Cape Town's cards have come up aces, back in the 8 with Cairo and Berlin both suffering shock losses. Cairo, Berlin, London still finals chances, and Tokyo a mathematical one.
New Delhi are still in spoon calculations, but you'd have to doubt it. While Wellington move off the bottom to 16th, and Beijing last, while only 0.79% split Wellington, Pacific and Beijing.

Damn, really need to finish first, I don't want to play Dublin again.
2nd highest scoring team, yet I am fighting to stay in the top 4! ::)
At least my reserves have made it in to the 8 :)
Need to slaughter Beijing next week as prep for a crunch game vs Mexico is the last round of the home and away season.
Can't believe how topsy turvy this season has been. We've genuinely experienced the highest of highs and lowest of lows. :(
Wowee, to think we are just a win from the Spoon. Doesn't get any easier this week...
Forgot to mention Alexandria! ;D

Round 16
And now it gets interesting!
Mexico City back on top by 0.2%, while any of the top 3 are still a genuine minor premiership chance!
Sao Paulo and PNL will be 4th! The Reindeers will need to beat Cape Town, and hope the Pumas lose to Buenos Aires, so the Pumas still have destiny in its hands!
Moscow will finish 5th or 6th, so home elimination final on the cards!
Toronto and Cape Town aren't secure, if either lose they could miss if either Cairo or Berlin upset their opponents!
London officially out of the race....
New Delhi can climb out of the bottom 4 with a win against Wellington... while Wellington will avoid the spoon!
Pacific and Beijing are the real fighters for the Spoon.

We're going to miss out on finals. :(
Can we have 8th place Cape Town be taken out of finals for their terrible coaching this season? :P
In the Reserves, switch Toronto and Mexico City
Made some errors Oss in your post but corrected it (Had Pumas instead of Reindeers and Berlin instead of Beijing for the spoon) :).
PNL certainly looking good this season, really hope Cairo don't make it through mainly because they just scored 161 and they can go huge.
Cheers hp!

I'm here to make a pact.
Beat Cape Town for us and we'll go easy on you in finals.
That'll only happen
if when we beat Mexico. ;)
They won't be so super after we deal with them, they'll just be known as Town.
No apologises for how bad that is.

Still, we battle on and we will compete towards getting a win :)
Except when it comes to loopholing a big score ;)
Final Ladder
Mexico City and Dublin are our top 2, while the Pumas hold off the Reindeers for 4th, and Buenos Aires drop to 3rd. Cape Town, Cairo and Berlin (and almost Toronto) all lost, meaning Cape Town sneak in by a point, while we have 3 teams on 8-9. Wellington finish in 15th after being last not that long ago, and the Islanders controversially win the spoon.
