What trades would you make over the next two weeks?

I need O'meara, Whitfield out before round 13 to help me with the bye.

Any help would be appreciated?

I am looking at Martin and Hrovat - although I could afford a premium mid e.g. Jack, Boyd, Cotchin

Double down grade or upgrade and downgrade?

Don't get Martin will just be another donut in rd 13.
