he as others have this season sent me a PM before lockout advising me of internet / work commitments that prevented him from lodging his team.
if this is done i do not and have not and will not force coaches to use last weeks teams.
he got it to me that same night and the only condition naturally was to be unable to use players from the game that had already been played.
i think this is more than fair and has been done throughout the season this way.
if and this has also happened, a team is not submitted and no contact is made with me prior to lockout then last weeks team is used.

Yeah having had this happen to me (when I took over from pickers) I think this is a very fair ruling CW. :)
we can add this to the thread of things to discuss and vote on for next season :) we probably need to lock in a certain exact ruling with all conditions for this.
rules seem to cover everything until something comes up that is not precisely covered, but i think this is fair.
and i think the bears don't have anything to worry about this week either. tough round for your opponent no matter what team...
losing his 2 players in a bye round from that first game did not help his cause imo.
