- Each week when you name your weekly team as you would in the team submission thread that CW will create each round
- The players that you have not selected and will be playing that weekend will automatically join your reserve teams
- Fixture will follow exactly the same as the AXV fixture
- You can name a captain but will only get his score times 1.5
- There will be no vice captain points given but you can name a vice captain incase your player pulls out
- The players you select as your emergencies for your AXV team will not be allowed to be selected in your reserves team (Vote will happen)
- There will be no Home Ground Advantage
- If you can't field a team of 10 players in any given week than bad luck to you
- Positions will not count, I don't care if you have 10 midfielders playing and another side has 10 ruck man.
- A player must play more then 4 games to be considered for the Reserves finals

Post if you wish
Yeah post
Are you going to do the hard yards and find all the scores from previous games? lol.
I don't know I suppose I could if you guys really want to but would be hard to go of the top10 best averages to select for your reserves team.
For the first 10 rounds we could just name our best reserves side (that have played mostly in the ressies so far), and just whip up a ladder based on averages for the first 10 rounds?
Just thinking out loud. :)
Yeah I have 3, 2, 1 B&F for my ressies so I can provide my top 3 scorers for the week lol.
Some weeks I had 10 other weeks I have had like 5 lol.
Yeah if you guys want to pm me or post it here whatever you want and ill get a ladder up for the first 10 rounds.
i could do it, but I doubt everyone would be flowered and the less active ones like mons I doubt would.
Yeah that's true I might do it I'm not sure yet but if people want me to I will.
I would like you to, but it's a fair amount of work :-\
I'm happy to add mine up myself and help you add a couple of the "cbf'ers" up as well if need be :)
Let us know what's the go!
Players like Brodie Smith, Alex Fasolo, Matt White all I think didn't play round 1...
But Joel Wilkinson did play rd 1, but you haven't mentioned him... So I think you might struggle to be accurate :(
Five changes to mine Noz (based on movements between our best XV & seconds, and just some minor adjustments).
1. Charlie Dixon OUT, Brian Lake IN
2. Adam Cooney OUT, Nathan van Berlo IN
3. Jon Giles OUT, Mike Pyke IN
4. George Horlin-Smith OUT, Hayden Crozier IN
5. Trent West OUT, Jarryd Lyons IN
Nick Smith (74.9)
Jarryd Lyons (82.4)
Brian Lake (85.5)
Nathan van Berlo (C) (89.3 x 2 = 178.6)
Dennis Armfield (78.5)
Hayden Crozier (92.8)
Jon Giles (78.8)
AVERAGE SCORE: 671.5
Let me know if you need anymore help. :)
I think it might be a bit too much work if we are going to go back and do scores for each round, especially as there will be quite a few coaches not up for it. And I don't like the idea of taking their average from the first 10 rounds to do ladder positions.
I think that we should start the reserves season from this round for the season and we can just go from here and see how it works. Next season then we can start it at the start of the season and it can run alongside the main competition.
Also, maybe to get more coaches involved in the reserves, they could update their own players scores and possibly receive a small bonus (say 10 points) like in the BXV? I dunno, just an idea.

Yeah you are right made a few errors.
I will put it to a vote to see how many coaches are actually interested or care about their reserves team if we get enough people that want to go for it than i will run it if not i won't.
I will also put to a vote if they want it to start this week so people can get prepared and not have a ladder or any results for the first 10 games.
wow Noz - love your work
Wtf why is Paul Duffield in our reserves side for round 1? He has played every week for us, theres no way I'd leave out a top 6 defender...

Cripps played in the ones for the Crocs for a massive 10 points ;D
Hickey was a late withdrawal and didnt play at all

Dolphins team: David Zaharakis, Darren Jolly, Clinton Jones, Matthew Stokes, Joel Patful, Alwyn Davey, Jason Blake, Kyle Hardingham, Allan Toovey, Scott McMahon
I have a spreadsheet of all my players scores this season Noz. FYI I don't have Hardingham down as having played in Rd 1 and Scott McMahon was suspended but Sutcliffe and Tory Dickson did play.
Here are the rest of the scores:
Zaharakis - 43
Jolly - 85
C Jones - 87
Stokes - 122
Patfull - 64
Dickson - 153
Alwyn Davey - 85
Blake - 72
Sutcliffe - 13
Toovey - 87
EDIT - It looks like Dickson came into the first team as a sub for Joel Corey so cancel his score.
Will post scores when I get home.
Bit of problems with the teams but I'm trying to get it all right bear with me boys :)

Damn reserves just has to start in the bye rounds when the Folders depth are all having the week off. Hopefully there will be enough games for us to secure a place in the 8.
Lambs dominated! :o
Says something about our depth. And that Jon Giles might be looking for a recall next week.
I would like to see my earlier season games :o
Since this seasons reserves have just been a flowing shower hole i am going to be making some massive changes.
Over the next couple of weeks we will be having a elimination style matches the draw will be put up tomorrow.
You loose your out
You win onto the next round you go
The winner shall receive the AXV Mi Goreng Cup(Or whatever you want to call it if you win)
Players must have played less than 6 games for the AXV senior side to qualify
AXV Reserves should return in full in 2014
If you have a problem with this than you can run the reserves league from here on :)
#Gazelles4Premiers
Good idea Noz, been a disaster hey? :P
Do you want us to name sides?
Its been a shocker would of been great if it was properly organised :-\
Yeah if you guys want to name sides that would be great :)
Yeah its been hard to organise it after the season started i think :-\
No worries, will do! :)
Hopefully everyone else commits to it as well :)
Sounds good Noz, too hard to start a full competition half way through the season.
I like the idea Noz!

Elephants with huge depth. Noz I think you added my scores up wrong. I am missing 6 points. Which comes from Sam Dunell. Except for that, very nice work :)
Great stuff Nozzy!
Lambs with the highest score... Depth! :D
