We have seen them both play, with little separating there price (19k approximately 4 ave points), who will be the best value for buck player here. What do you think they will average?

Wines, cause he will be a gun.

Didn't see there was a poll haha. Wiill vote now.

I'd go with Wines ATM, should play most games like Wingard did in his first year in a rebuilding Port line up.

I honestly believe port are a better side than demons, i think toumpas was in the demons top5 players last night, looks to have a higher scoring potential than wines, if i go on the expensive side for rookies i'd prob pick toumpas over wines.

Wines low end of 70s

Completely different players but I'm voting for Wines. I think he'll play more games and can't see Toumpas scoring that much higher the Wines to tbh.

Voted Wines simply because he'll probably play more games early on.

But, I think Toumpas will be the better scorer in the years to come.

Toumpas looks like he'll be a jet, scored very well last night and I'd like to fit him in the team if I can...


...but Wines has to be locked cos he'll have great JS.

Assuming K Mitch gets elevated..which we all believe he will..

i know this is dreamteam but Wines will be better in Supercoach

Wines has a bigger body which will help him in his first year so have to say Wines

Wines - cheaper, better JS, ability pretty even i think with the small sample we have.

I'll start wines - but only if there isn't a $100k ish option that shines then I'll save my $60K

For me its about Js and saving money so wines for me  ;)

I don't know about that, this could be a Danger v Cotch again

Wines to bust packs, Toumpas ti use his elite kicking and goal sence and movement to score highly

Toumpas
-High scoring potential(100+)
-Inconsistent
-May not get all games
-Had a few injuries over last few years

Wines
-Consistent scoring potential (80-90)
-Will play all games
-Mature bodied

Depends because toumpas could string together a few 100s and nek minnit he is 400k but then he can score a 30 or a 40

Wines can score consistent 80s and progress to 400k

which sorta player do ya want in your team?

Should I trade Sam Mayes to Wines? Will Mayes be getting game time or will I have to wait for the round 1 line up?

Toumpas was really impressive the other night,you cant really go wrong with either imo.
The Dees have said they will take the slow as you go approach with him and Viney,so with that beig said Wines will play as long as he is contributing.
Mayes imo will miss out rd1

toumpas is tempting, whitfield was talking him up on the dttalk interview thingy, i just not sure with viney and jones there and the price is so HIGH for him.

wines is high but not THAT high.... i would start toumpas if there were no 108k whatever it is standard priced stand outs but i think there will be considering there should be 3 by default in viney crouch and jager.

toumpas is all class tho
