#44 Matthew Arnot
(http://t2.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcT9xG7dpEGzEmyF3igu4qjp8zOQnxw5Ny3C9TV5snIufqxA42Zg)
Age: 19
Height/Weight: 180cm/87kg
Position: Midfielder
2012 SC ave: Yet to play a game
2012 DT ave: Yet to play a game
2013 SC Price: $100,200
2013 DT Price: $101,600
JROO8 says: A big tough inside midfielder who was taken with pick 55 in the 2011 National Draft. Arnot will struggle for games in 2013 at Richmond, as they have a strong midfield. He is cheap in both forms of the game, but with limited job security, I wouldn't go near him. Arnot will play a big part In Richmond's future though and will replace Tuck, Jackson and Foley in two to three years, in the Richmond midfield, so he would be handy in the XV concept.

#12 David Astbury
(http://mm.afl.com.au/Portals/0/images_richmond/astburydiary_246c.jpg)
Age: 21
Height/Weight: 195cm/92kg
Position: Defender
2012 SC ave: 48
2012 DT ave: 35
2013 SC Price: $257,600
2013 DT Price: $180,100
JROO8 says: Astbury is a young key position player who can play at both ends of the ground. Astbury has only played games in the last two years, due to injury, but finally is fit and injury free and is set for a big season. Astbury scores better in SuperCoach, bit,is awkwardly priced so I don't think he's worth taking a punt on.But in DreamTeam he is a lot cheaper and could be a unique rookie option. Astbury is an important part of Richmond's future and wasn't given Richo's number 12 for no reason, he has a lot of talent and will be a valuable player for your XV side.
2013 SC Ave: 70-75
2013 DT Ave: 65-70

#11 Jake Batchelor
(http://t3.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcTmgfVdFOhLQsUF2iktiXdGf5KVjs7BUEyST31iRdkHNWFiqMXP)
Age: 20
Height/Weight: 188cm/78kg
Position: Defender
2012 SC ave: 68
2012 DT ave: 60
2013 SC Price: $361,200
2013 DT Price: $310,800
JROO8 says: Batchelor is an important part of the Tigers defence. He is more suited to SuperCoach, as he takes a lot of marks from the opposition, but I don't think he is worth taking a punt on, in either competition. He is awkwardly priced and even though I expect him to play every game next season and improve his average by 15 points in both comps, he is not worth starting as he won't be a premium. Batchelor could be a starter in some teams XV and will be valuable in the future, so I wouldn't look to trade him.

#25 Troy Chaplin
(http://mm.afl.com.au/Portals/0/chaplintigers_246b.jpg)
Age: 26
Height/Weight: 195cm/100kg
Position: Defender
2012 SC ave: 85
2012 DT ave: 65
2013 SC Price: $456,300
2013 DT Price: $339,100
JROO8 says: Chaplin moved over from Port Adelaide to Richmond as a free agent in 2012. He will provide some much needed assistance down back for Rance and Grimes. Chaplin will play the lock down role on the opposition's best key forward allowing Rance and Grimes to play a more attacking role. This will hurt Chaplin's fantasy scores and I wouldn't go near him in DreamTeam as he scores terribly and even though he scores well in SuperCoach, I think there are better options out there. Chaplin should be handy down back in the XV comps for a least a couple more years.

#30 Reece Conca
(http://t3.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcR7-71onVJ-idM1dNMIO4tJOV3HFQXlng3twox_XZE4qcAwVHUA-Q)
Age: 20
Height/Weight: 185cm/78kg
Position: Midfielder
2012 SC ave: 70
2012 DT ave: 72
2013 SC Price: $373,400
2013 DT Price: $373,500
JROO8 says: After two years in the system, I finally think Conca is about to explode onto the AFL world. Conca was solid, but not great in 2012, having some high and low scoring games. But with another season under his belt, he will be able to add some consistency to his game. He is more suited to DreamTeam as gets a lot of tackles and has the ability to rack up possessions. Conca is definitely a risky pick, but if your looking for someone to have a break out year, Conca is definitely one to consider as he should get more midfield time. Conca will have a lot of value in the XV comps and even though he may not be starting in your XV, he will be a gun in a few years and is worth holding onto.

#9 Trent Cotchin
(http://t3.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcTwu6BVDjBqkASlsQwKiL1lbgWI7BnTOO8-hleCDvm_5OeenZHdcg)
Age: 22
Height/Weight: 185cm/83kg
Position: Midfielder
2012 SC ave: 116
2012 DT ave: 110
2013 SC Price: $617,700
2013 DT Price: $569,600
JROO8 says: At only 22 years old, Trent Cotchin will lead the Tigers as captain next year. He is a superstar of the competition and still has plenty improvement, which is scary for opposition clubs. Cotchin had a great season in 2012 and I expect him to take his game to the next level and average 120+ in both competitions. He is a lock in every team's midfield, no mater what fantasy game your playing. Cotchin knows how to deal with a tag and has a huge ceiling as shown with some big games in 2012. Cotchin is one of the most valuable players in the XV competition, as he is already a premium at 22.

#7 Matt Dea
(http://mm.afl.com.au/Portals/0/deaimprove_b.jpg)
Age: 21
Height/Weight: 186cm/84kg
Position: Defender
2012 SC ave: 49
2012 DT ave: 46
2013 SC Price: $260,800
2013 DT Price: $236,700
JROO8 says: Matt Dea is only a depth player at Richmond at the moment. He still has a lot of improvement, but Dimma rates him and Dea will get a few games next season. He doesn't have a lot of potential as a fantasy players, as he is normally plays a lock down role in defence, so will never be a high fantasy scorer unless his role changes.

#3 Brett Deledio
(http://i286.photobucket.com/albums/ll111/superstar-aldog15/2008_DeledioB_Profile_med1.jpg)
Age: 25
Height/Weight: 188cm/88kg
Position: Midfielder
2012 SC ave: 116
2012 DT ave: 110
2013 SC Price: $619,300
2013 DT Price: $568,000
JROO8 says: Deledio moved from defence into the midfield in 2012 and produced his best season yet taking home All-Australian honors for the first time. Deledio will make a great unique midfield choice, as many people will be picking his Tiger teammate Trent Cotchin over Deledio. He is a proven fantasy premium and even though he isn't cheap, he is worth it. Deledio would be a great player in the XV competition as he is a premium midfielder and still has a good 7-8 years left of football in him.

# 39 Tom Derickx
(http://t1.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcQCnS3YWFf3G0wizRivNrps4DfNOxDaNLTIWpD83K9lRbjOTWmjQw)
Age: 25
Height/Weight: 201cm/99kg
Position: Ruckman
2012 SC ave: 48
2012 DT ave: 33
2013 SC Price: $255,00
2013 DT Price: $169,800
JROO8 says: Derickx is a big versatile ruckmen, who can also play up forward or down back. Derickx hasn't been given much opportunity at AFL level and I don't expect him to play games next year as well. He is only on the list for back up and depth, so I wouldn't put him in your fantasy sides as he won't play regularly and I would rather pick a rookie who is cheaper and more likely to play. Derickx would be handy ruck depth at best, in your XV side.

#27 Aaron Edwards
(http://mm.afl.com.au/Portals/0/images_richmond/edwardspolo_246a.jpg)
Age: 28
Height/Weight: 184cm/92kg
Position: Forward
2012 SC ave: 68
2012 DT ave: 62
2013 SC Price: $364,900
2013 DT Price: $320,500
JROO8 says: Edwards moved from North Melbourne to Richmond in the 2012 trade period. Edwards plays tall for his size and will play as the third tall with Riewodlt and Vickery in the Tigers forward line.. Edwards will be a handy acquisition for Richmond, but not for your fantasy sides. He is awkwardly priced and I wouldn't expect him to average over 80, in SuperCoach or DreamTeam. Edwards would make handy forward bench cover in your XV side, now that he's at Richmond.

#10 Shane Edwards
(http://mm.afl.com.au/Portals/0/edwards240a.jpg)
Age: 24
Height/Weight: 182cm/78kg
Position: Forward
2012 SC ave: 80.6
2012 DT ave: 69.2
2013 SC Price: $428,600
2013 DT Price: $358,100
NigeyS says: ‘Titch’ Edwards is actually one of the more experienced players on the Richmond list with 100+ games under his belt. He plays predominantly in the forward line but is sometimes in the midfield. It’s likely that Edwards will be playing forward this year and his fantasy output should lift a bit from that of 2012. If you were to pick him, you’re looking at someone who is a POD but there are better options available.

#5 Brandon Ellis
(http://t1.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcQBXafg4dVIlBSFrzbfgv8nQRWr8teYb4Z3_nsqA-ANFTNjJOu98Q)
Age: 19
Height/Weight: 181cm/81kg
Position: Defender
2012 SC ave: 56.1
2012 DT ave: 58.3
2013 SC Price: $298,000
2013 DT Price: $300,000
NigeyS says:Brandon Ellis was Richmond’s first pick last year and a popular pick for fantasy coaches. His popularity was attributed to his low price being a recent draftee and the fact that he was going to be a cash cow. He’s a good up and coming defender that can find himself running through the midfield and can kick a goal if he gets forward but as far as fantasy goes in 2013, I’d stay away. Second year players generally don’t do so well and he’s an awkward price as well. You’re better off picking a gun or a rookie.

#43 Todd Elton
(http://mm.afl.com.au/Portals/0/images_richmond/eltontodd_246c.jpg)
Age: 19
Height/Weight: 197cm/87kg
Position: Forward
2012 SC ave: 36
2012 DT ave: 34
2013 SC Price: $191,200
2013 DT Price: $174,900
NigeyS says: Elton was the Tigers’ second pick last year and many believed that he wouldn’t get a game but he was in fact called up and played just the one game against the Crows. Todd Elton is a forward but could probably pinch-hit in the ruck if absolutely necessary. He’s a fantasy no-go to be honest because you should be picking a rookie from the 2012 Draft rather than Elton. Richmond has picked up forwards over the off-season and his services won’t be needed and it’s likely that Elton will be playing much of his 2013 football with Coburg in the VFL.

Age: 27
Height/Weight: 178cm/80kg
Position: Midfielder
2012 SC ave: 102.8
2012 DT ave: 92.1
2013 SC Price: $546,000
2013 DT Price: $473,900
NigeyS says: A great servant of the Tigers who has his fair share of injuries. Nathan Foley is a very good midfielder who, when his body is right, plays extraordinarily well. He’s easily a part of the Tigers’ best 22. He’s quite a good fantasy scorer too which is good for your SC, DT and XV sides. He only played 10 games last year but still managed to average over 100 in SC and not too far under that in DT. Foley’s a fantasy unique for you to look at but for roughly $75,000 extra you could turn him into Cotch or Lids who will serve you better.

#24 Ben Griffiths
(http://t1.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcTrHuxRAzC4LgG8pSb0rw07CpOnyXQLvRKh91ZKatrfZZNlmYYi)
Age: 21
Height/Weight: 198cm/99kg
Position: Forward
2012 SC ave: 47.5
2012 DT ave: 32.5
2013 SC Price: $252,800

NigeyS says: Ben Griffiths is an exciting young player for the Tigers and is much loved down at Tigerland. He’s a forward with beautiful, big kick on him but has played and both CHB and CHF. He’s probably not somebody you should be looking to for your fantasy team at the moment but could become an option in the future. Griffiths has also had a few injuries but he’s pretty much past them now but nevertheless, look elsewhere for a forward.

NigeyS says: This man has a great story in that he didn’t get much of a go at Carlton. However, crossing to Richmond did Shaun Grigg wonders and turned him into one of the Tigers regulars. He may not be Deledio or Cotchin but he’s still a viable fantasy option who is a unique and a bit cheaper than the aforementioned. Grigg’s definitely an option for your team if you want someone just a bit different from everyone else but the question is whether he can lift his average to over the ton. Personally, I think he can. Oh and don’t be put off by that killer ‘stache.

NigeyS says: They don’t come more injury riddled at the Richmond Football Club than Dylan Grimes. A great young defender who’s just as good as his brother, but like his sibling has had injury after injury with his latest seeing him do his hamstring at training. For him to come into fantasy calculations, he would have to remain injury free. Grimes definitely has the fantasy scoring potential, but many like myself might just be too scared to pick him with these injury troubles.

2012 DT ave: 29.8
2013 SC Price: $147,700
2013 DT Price: $153,500
Toga says: Taken with pick 47 in the 2010 National Draft, Helbig is a slight-framed midfielder, often used to play defensive roles in the centre square due to his ferocious tackling. His 2012 season was struck by injury, resulting him only playing 5 games compared to the 10 he played in his first season with Richmond, and was subsequently used as the team's sub on numerous occasions. As a result, his average is down by almost 20ppg in both DT and SC, and will therefore be underpriced, however I don't see him getting enough games, or escaping the green vest enough in 2013 to be a viable fantasy option. As with some of the Tigers' other young midfielders, he should see regular games in the next few years, however, as Tuck, Jackson and Foley get older, so he could be a valuable pick up in the XV competitions.

2012 DT ave: 78.9
2013 SC Price: $441,400
2013 DT Price: $406,500
Toga says: Bachar Houli is one of the success stories at Richmond - after being picked up by the Tigers when he was delisted by the Bombers in 2010, his career has flourished, and he has become a pivotal aspect of the Tigers' back six, and his contribution to the team has been recognised by consecutive top-10 placings in Richmond's best and fairest count. Often being used as a rebounding half back for the Tigers, Houli has been known to rack up fantasy-relevant numbers without being a standout performer. Thus, he often flies under the radar of fantasy coaches. He could be a good option next season as a cheaper POD in both DT and SC, however most coaches prefer to stick with recognised premiums who might score slightly higher numbers week in week out. Definitely one to consider in XVs competitions however.

2013 SC Price: $378,200
2013 DT Price: $383,800
Toga says: Dan Jackson is a defensive midfielder, often used to play tagging roles, and therefore, has never really been a quality fantasy footy option, and probably never will be. His averages in DT and SC are not really respectable enough to even consider him for your DT/SC teams, and given his age and game style, I for one doubt that this average will ever really improve. Despite this, Jacko may be the kind of player one could look at for the reserves of an XV team, as for the next few years he should see regular game time in the 1's given the lack of taggers in the Tigers line-up, but will be overtaken in the near future by young up-and-comers such as Matty Arnot and Brad Helbig. Another drawback however is his seemingly inevitable ability to get himself rubbed out for weeks at a time doing silly things on field, it seems he just can't resist whacking someone every now and then!

Toga says: Renowned for his ferocity on field despite his size, Jake King is seen as a cult figure for Tigers supporters, but an annoying little antagonist by supporters of other clubs. Personally, I feel as though his aggression and spark on field is supremely important and inspiring for his team as a whole, as they can always rely on him to put his body on the line. While useful as a defensive small forward for the Tigers, he isn't really fantasy relevant at all, and I think this will become even more so over the next couple of years. The Tigers have recruited a number of players over the past few years, including Chris Knights, Aaron Edwards and Matt McDonough, and currently have an abundance of small forwards, which may see him handed the green vest this season, or otherwise omitted from the team. I would steer clear of him in all forms of fantasy competitions.

Toga says: Made history this off season by becoming the first player to transfer clubs as an unrestricted free agent from the Adelaide Crows. A highly talented player, who can be used as a penetrating midfielder or half forward flanker, Knights fell out of favour with Adelaide's new coach after suffering a string of injuries. Has averaged as high as 87ppg (DT) and 90ppg (SC) in the past, Knights could be a valuable addition to your team next year given he is a proven scorer who is severely underpriced as a result of only playing 5 games in 2012, being used as the sub on a number of these occasions. Someone to strongly consider in both DT and SC.

Toga says: The revelation of 2012, Ivan 'The Mullet' Maric was superb in the ruck for the Tigers this season, becoming one of the most sought-after fantasy options for this line. Was an absolute steal for anyone ballsy enough to select him at season's start, but will start 2013 with a huge price tag on his head. Suffered from OP near the end of season 2012, which suggests to me that if he can stay injury-free in 2013, he could post even higher scores, and should be strongly considered for a starting spot in either your DT, SC or XV's team.

Toga says: Already written off by many because of his failure to live up to lofty expectations, and because of his reportedly 'bad boy' attitude off the field, I for one am not discounting Dusty for season 2013. While there was a drop in his average between 2011 and 2012, primarily due to him becoming seemingly complacent with his position in the side, I think his club-imposed suspension mid season in 2012 would have provided him with the kick up the backside he needed to get his footy back on track a bit. What didn't help his drop in scoring was the fact that Dusty often found himself positioned up forward in the pockets, however Richmond's recruiting of Aaron Edwards and the return of Ty Vickery should do wonders in seeing Dusty pushed further up field on to a flank, with more time in the midfield, and his scoring should improve once again in 2013.

Will start up front and probably won't get a go or not many this year due to his light frame. He's been compared to Joe Daniher being 200cm+ and very mobile, however he will take much longer to develop. He himself said he based his game on Dean Cox. Not fantasy relevant this year though.

2013 SC Price: 94,200
2013 DT Price: 96,200
TheAnt says: McDonough is a clever half foward flanker/inside mid with elite kicking skills. He was one of the best members of his U18 SANFL team with two 38 possesion games running through the midfield. He followed that up with a 28 possesion, four goal game in the Grand Final. He's said to be strong for his size and is very accurate infront of the big sticks. He's been likened to Paul Chapman and is an exciting prospect for the tigers. However he will need to earn a spot in the team before he gains any sort of fantasy relevance, maybe his emergence could make a trade opportunity for one of the small fowards to be traded away. Even if he does play, he will most likely play deep in the foward pocket which will mean he won't be too consistent straight up.

However he did perform serviceably this year as a foward/swing man, and was handy for depth. I don't see many games for McGuane this year in my ideal tigers team. Vickery, Griffiths, A.Edwards, Astbury should all probably be infront of him before he gets a game.

Position: Defence/Midfield
2013 SC Price:
2013 DT Price:
KCN says: He was drafted by Tigers from Peel Thunder with pick 31 in the 2012 National Draft. McIntosh is a key position defender with a slight frame that is also capable of playing on the wing and may emerge as a flexible utility. He impressed at the national championships and later with the senior Peel Thunder team where he played a variety of roles in the 4 games that he played for them. His fantasy scores in these competitions varied upon what roles that he was given, he scored well with Peel Thunder averaging in the 70’s in DT and SC, although in the national championships his numbers were more limited. He is a long term prospect player and may not get many games in the next few years, I believe that he may sneak in for a game or two this season, and for XV competitions he would be a risky pick since there is no guarantee that he will sustain his career for a long period.

KCN says: Morris along with pick 15 was traded to the Tiger’s from Greater Western Sydney in exchange for pick 14 in the lead up to the 2011 National Draft. He is a solidly built defender who is often assigned to a small forward, although is also capable of creating play from the back half of the ground. Morris having had to wait several years before his chance at AFL level finally made his debut at 23 years of age, wasted no time to cement his place in the side and went on to play all games bar one. He was quickly noticed among fantasy circles as a mature age player whom was ready to make an impact at AFL level. His bargain basement price certified his selection in many teams and along with teammate Brandon Ellis were two very popular options as defence rookies. He managed to average 65 in Supercoach and 59 in Dreamteam which was a very handy effort for the many coaches who selected him. For the 2013 season I expect him to expand on that average but will not make him a very good option for fantasy football. He appears to have made a place for himself in the Richmond starting 18 and is on track for a long career, which makes him rather viable for selection in XV competitions.

Position: Forward
2012 SC ave: 70.2
2012 DT ave: 65.7
2013 SC Price:
2013 DT Price:
KCN says: Nahas started his football career at Port Melbourne after being deemed to small to make it at AFL level. He was finally given his chance by Richmond whom picked him with their ninth pick in the 2009 rookie draft. Due to his light frame his game relies on pace which he has in spades. Usually plays a small goal kicking role for the Tigers and occasionally moves up the ground into the midfield. His first few seasons were good but it not until the 2011 AFL season where he really hit his straps, subsequently putting in several match winning performances where he was both prolific on the scoreboard and in the disposal counts. In 2012 Nahas was not as fruitful, although he regularly played his part in a good season for the Tiger’s. He was a useful rookie for fantasy coaches in his debut season playing 19 games with averages of 71 and 69 respectively for DT and SC, he wouldn’t have broken many hearts in his second season as he was in his second year and would not have been a regular feature in many teams. For his third season he became a fantasy revelation with many handy scores in the forward line.  However with his form his fantasy scoring also fell last season to a mere 65 average in DT and 70 in SC.. While I do not expect him to return to his free flowing scoring of 2011 in the new season, I do expect him to raise his average a small amount in DT and maybe a little more in SC. Additionally I predict that he will play a big role in the Tigers on field fortunes as he is now one of the older players in the side and will have a larger responsibility. Due to his position in the side being cemented and assuming that he does not lose consistency or get injured “touch wood” he will be a capable pick in XV competition for at least another 5 years or so.

In saying that however, there is a very good chance he could get played as a permanent winger with some of the newer recruits coming in. With 6 defenders however, his fantasy relevance will take a bigger hit. I imagine he'll improve on his average this year, but the hard running, booming kick veteran from tigerland may not find himself in many taems this year.

Toga says: A competitive medium forward who was picked up by the Tigers at the start of 2012 in the Pre Season Draft, O'Hanlon showed glimpses of his ability in a year that for him, was ruined by the green vest. Played 8 games this year and started as sub on almost every occasion, his top score was 63DT and 67SC, both sub affected, showing that, if given a full game, he could be a fantasy relevant scorer. Given the Tigers' midfield depth going into 2013 I think that selecting him for your team would be far too risky, as his JS has taken a hit, along with the fact that he won't be discounted enough to be considered. Could be handy in the XVs in a few years time, but there is risk involved with his selection.

Showed his ability to shut down dangerous opponents such as Buddy Franklin this year, as well as posting some massive scores such as his 138 DT/125 SC vs. Collingwood in Round 2. The recruitment of Troy Chaplin in the Free Agency Period has me looking at Rance as a potential smokie for 2013, as I think it should free him up a bit. Maybe not for DT this year, but is certainly a viable option in SC, and is definitely one to look at in the XVs competitions, particularly in the World XV format.

Toga says: The spearhead of the Tigers' attack, Jack Riewoldt won his second Coleman Medal in 2012 in what was considered by most to be an off year from him. Struggled with a few injuries throughout the year, with the added pressure of being double teamed week in week out given the absence of Ty Vickery from the team, it's exciting to think what Jack could do next year injury-free and with teammates such as Vickery and Aaron Edwards now in the side. There's a good chance that the addition of these two to the side will relieve Jack of some pressure, and along with the increase in forward 50 entries with the Tigers' improvement, we could see a lift in his fantasy scoring next year. Already a viable option for your SC team, there might be better options for your DT, however he would make a handy addition to any XVs side.

Toga says: One of the most underrated mids in the competition, who has been a revelation under Damien Hardwick after years of struggle, Tucky had a stellar year in the Yellow and Black in 2012, upping his DT average from the year before by a whopping 34 ppg! A reliable player, with his lowest score being a first round sub-affected 47, he scored more than 90 points on 16 occasions this season, whilst 5 of his tons were 130+ DT and 10 of his tons were 130+ SC! So when Tucky goes big, its very big! As i said, he is very underrated as a midfielder, which is great for his DT and SC prospects because he is less likely to cop tags from opposition teams whilst lining up alongside Cotchy and Lids. Despite this, he is entering the final stages of his career at 30 years old, so I wouldn't be trading for him in the XVs competitions.

Toga says: After an impressive 2011 season which saw Vickery play 22 games and boot 35 goals for Richmond, 2012 was a bit of a disappointment, playing only 9 games before his season ended after shoulder surgery. Sorely missed in the Tigers' attack as a foil for Jack Riewoldt, big things are expected of Vicks in 2013, which will be his fifth season in the system. So, a KPF entering his fifth season, who has already proven that he can kick 35+ goals in a year... Breakout anyone? Could definitely be one to watch over pre season, as he is underpriced, and if he's looking good, might be the smokie that sees you soar up the rankings next year. Will take balls, but could pay off!

KCN says:Taken at #9 as the tiger’s first pick of the 2012 national draft Vlastuin is a solidly built midfielder whom possesses the ability to play either as an inside midfielder or off the half back flank. His 2012 form earned him All-Australian selection as a defender following his efforts with the Northern Knights and his representative team Vic Metro, which established him as one of the brightest prospects of this year’s draft. His price will have the expected premium that comes with being picked at number 9, of the current crop of draftees at Richmond he will have the best job security and I estimated him to get around 15 games this season playing as either a half back or in the guts. He will not set the world alight although should give coaches an honest return for their value. Should become a regular member of the tiger’s side in the coming years, which will make him a good pick up in XV competitions.

JROO8 says: White has a lot pace and normally plays at half-forward. But in 2013, I don't expect to see White much. He couldn't get many games in 2012 and the Tigers have bolstered their forward line with the inclusions of Edwards, Knights and Petterd and I can't see him breaking into the side for to many games and when he does play he would probably be the sub. I wouldn't pick him in your fantasy side as he isn't a high scorer and doesn't have good JS. At best he would be forward depth in your XV squad.

Rookie List
Richmond only have 38 players on their senior list, meaning they can upgrade two rookies. Ricky Petterd, Sam Lonergan and Orren Stephenson will all be fighting for these two spots.

KCN says: Taken with pick 50 in the 2005 National Draft for Essendon, Lonergan’s tenacious, no-frills approach in the midfield trenches holds particular appeal for Richmond coach Damien Hardwick. His 2012 season was inconsistant, playing 14 games with varying fantasy success peaking in round 6 against the Lions with a Supercoach score of 142 and a DT score of 129. Hes is also infamous for breaking the shoulder blade of Andrew Carrazzo subsequently sending many fantasy teams into disarray. The backlash from supporters was harsh, and he was even sent death threats in the mail which must have dented his confidence to some degree. His role as a tagger at the Bombers rarely put him into fantasy calculations and his fantasy scoring plateaued early in his career in just his second season where his DT average was in the low 60's and his Supercoach in the early 70's and late 60's. His selection on the rookie list gives the impression that Hardwick may use him as backup should Jackson or another tagger fall to injury and with his experience will relish another opportunity at AFL level. Scoring wise if he manages to get a game I would expect his scores to be hovering around the high 50's in DT and High 60's for Supercoach. Lonergan would be handy midfield depth at best, in the XV competitions.

Toga says: Picked up in the 2012 Rookie draft with Pick #7 for the Tigers, I expect Petterd to be a valuable addition to the Richmond line up. Should be underpriced next season given he only played 4 games in 2012, and, providing he is upgraded from the rookie list at the start of the season, he could be a great smokie for your team in 2013, as he has averaged up to 79DT and 83 SC ppg in recent years. Given the Tigers small forward depth at present I am not sure how many games we should expect him to play in 2013, however he is one to watch over pre season.

KCN says: Taken with pick 78 in the 2011 National Draft by his former club Geelong, being the oldest first time draftee in history. He was than delisted by Geelong and Richmond threw the experience ruckmen and lifeline in the 2013 rookie draft, using pick 36. Stephenson is an experienced ruckman coming up in the ranks originally from Redan in the Ballarat Football League and then to the North Ballarat Roosters. He came into the 2012 season looking like a readymade ruckman in a team which desperately needed one, he finally got his chance to play AFL in the first round against Fremantle, however his form was not up to scratch and he found himself in and out of the side and only played the 8 games in 2012. With the acclaim that he sustained after being drafted by the cats his fantasy price was at a bargain basement level and was a very popular pick in very many teams. The 1-3 ruck strategy was made viable due to the potential scoring and job security that he offered along with Jonathon Giles, Jarrad Reddan and others. However due to his lack of stability in selection he left many coaches disappointed with his season, although for myself he did the job accordingly. His fantasy average was hovering in the 50’s in both DT an SC , in his better games he would score in the 70’s but they were few and far between with many choosing Reddan over him when a premium was injured. For the coming season his first challenge will be to get onto the senior list at Richmond, which if not done before the season could take a while injury permitting. If he does manage to get onto the senior list he will have to compete with Maric, Derickx and other rookies whom may step up. I believe that at some point he will manage to get a game or two, however I fail to see him scoring well. Also in the XV he would be a poor choice due to two factors, one being his age the other being his job security.

Verrier does have some talent, but I think it will be difficult for him to get a game in 2013, so I wouldn't pick him in your fantasy side. He won't hold much value in the XV commotions as well.

JROO8 says: Williams was selected by Richmond in the 2012 rookie draft. He is a strongly built small forward, who is a strong mark with a good work ethic and leadership skills. Williams will use 2013 as a development year, playing in the reserves, so he probably won't play any AFL games, meaning you shouldn't select him in your fantasy sides this year. Williams has some good skills and could become a good player in the future and he would be a good rookie selection for your XV side.

Batchelor's 2013 prediction was meant to be the other way around  :-[ will update it now.
I reckon Conca may do a little better in DT, because he can win a lot of the ball, but dosen't always hit a target, butin the next few years I reckon he will be more of a SC'er as he will win a lot of hard ball gets and contested possessions.

2014 :o so far away!

my prediction is.... YES! - Won't become a pure mid until Tucky/Foles retire in a couple of years time I would've thought ;)

50/50, Martin will play more Midfiled time as he gets better and will play less forward time with the inclusions of Knights, Edwards, Petterd. Tuck and Foley may be gone by 2014 as well so I reckon he probably won't.

I said it somewhere that it would be a bit of fun and good to do. I know Toga's on holidays at the moment, but once all the lads are around we can send out PMs and see who is keen.

Yourself, me, Toges, JROO, quinny and Ant are the guys who did them last time I think.

We'll have to wait until the drafts/ free agency are done so there's still another month or so.

Let's see who I did and how close I was:
Shane Edwards: Close... 2ppg off predicted average.
Brandon Ellis: Well off. :P
Todd Elton: DNP
Nathan Foley: Again, well off.
Ben Griffiths: Only played the one game.
Shaun Grigg: Didn't step up like I thought.
Dylan Grimes: Another way off...

Need to sharpen up my act.  :o

Mine where:
Kamdyn McIntosh: DNP
Steven Morris: Well off
Robin Nahas: Even further off
Nick Vlastuin: Slightly underestimated him
Sam Lonergan: Well off
Orren Stephenson: Underestimated only 11 points less

Overally pretty inaccurate.

Robbie, Lonners and Orren shouldn't even be on our list in 2014.

Well, if I had my way anyway...  :P

You'd get rid of Lonergan? Getting 15 clearances every match in the VFL side. Outstanding form.

Can we pretty much lock in that one or both of Derickx and Orren will be delisted?  :P

We've got Hampson now though and both Ty and McBean can pinch-hit if need be. We might keep Orren for one more year just in case.

Keen to get this going again, but since last year it seems the standards for Player Profiles have been raised by LF, Tabs and co.
