Gilham looks to move to the Gc just like Campbell and Murphy have done so far!
Gilham has told the Hawks he will not be at the club next year, and instead will seek a move to the suns to join team mate Tom Murphy who became a sun recently, and Campbell Brown who made the switch at the end of 2010.
It's believed that with the Hawks bringing in Brian Lake, Gilham, like Murphy know the writing is on the wall, and as such have decided to seek further opportunity elsewhere.
Well is Murphy cant get a game with the Hawks then Gilham has got no chance.
Both good pick ups for GC for their Backline
Depth worrying me a tad
If injuries were to strike we have Angus Litherland (going into 3rd year ) and Bosely and Kelly going into there second seasons, oh and Roughy if needed
Can he fit in though there? if the play Bock defense its overkill tbh
if he plays forward it should be fine but they already got Murph, Warnock and youngsters
Might take Gillies in pre season draft

No one really just fit him into the team, maybe Ellis

I think Hawkas point was if we get injuries then our dpeth is no longer Gilham and Murphy, its Litherland and co.
I am of the theory that any 3 of Lake/Gibson/Stratton/Schoey will make a good defence but if 2 of them go down then yeah we are bringing in some youth.

Id play all 4, Gibson as a free man or 3rd tall/ ruck if needed, Stratss 3rd tall/ruck or small forward and then Lake and Schoey take the Talls/rucks

I agree but if one went down with injury I think we can get away with playing only 3 of them (as we did all of this year lol)
With Boumann delisted and Murphy and Gilham gone to GC you dont really want any injuries.
This is a worry for the Hawks as Lake and Gibson need to play every game next year i would think to keep their back line stable

They can miss games here and there we can cover, our youngsters need to come through at some time and i reckon Litherland may be ready nest season
it was expected, especially with the inclusion of lake he has been a great service to the hawks got a premiership good luck with the giants.
