Coaches Comments
A much better result for the Titans in the final round of the NAB Cup. Great to see a large number of young players gaining experience, and a good spread of coverage across all positions. The obvious concern is the absence of big tons, but with such a young, developing team we are satisfied to just be getting the scores we are. Lucas continues to be this season's surprise packet, putting together a great game in the NAB GF. Taken with the Titans last pick in the 2013 Rookie Draft, Lucas may prove to be the season's best value pick up.
Titans Team - Round 1 2013

Mid: S Sidebottom (C) 106x2 = 212, D Hannebery 78, S Coniglio 82, T Scully 68

Other named players: A Kennedy 40, J Toumpas 37, D Shiel 101, J McKenzie 75, T Hunt, B Longer 45, J Redden 40, T Milera 75
Coaches Comments
Some very pleasing results, particularly with former Western Bulldogs players Tom Liberatore and Daniel Giansiracusa both scoring unexpected tons. Dylan Shiel and captain Steele Sidebottom also hit the 100 mark. The defensive line was affected by Vlastuin not being named and a sub par game from Ellis. The Titans are generally moving in the right direction.
Titans Team - Round 2 2013
'First friendly of the year against the Russian Roulettes. Also a Champions League duel with the Wellington Warriors'
Def: D Myers 93, B Ellis 28, C Heath 74, A Kennedy 33
Mid: S Sidebottom 109 x 2 = 218, D Hannebery 102, T Scully 39, T Liberatore 120
Ruck: D Jolly -1
Fwd: J Patton 67, W Hoskin-Elliott 29, D Giansiracusa 45, D Smith 58

Total Score: 1060
Emg: J Toumpas 32, K Lucas 76, A Hall 82
Other named players J Corey 68, T Hunt 61, T Milera 56
Coaches Comments
A fairly solid week for the Titans, losing a friendly against the Russian Roulettes, but scoring a surprise win against the Wellington Warriors in the Champions League. Sidebottom, Hannebery, Coniglio and Liberatore were all impressive, however a major injury to first choice ruckman Darren Jolly has left the team with little depth in that department.
Titans Team - Round 3 2013
Def: D Myers 61, A Kennedy 54, B Ellis 10, L Tapscott 70
Mid: S Sidebottom (C) 49 x 2 = 98, D Hannebery 108, T Scully 47, T Liberatore 46
Ruck: K Lucas (OOP) 78 / 2 = 39
Fwd: J Patton 15, W Hoskin-Elliott 59, D Giansiracusa 47, D Smith 67
Utilities: S Coniglio 50, D Shiel 60
Total Score: 831
Emg: J Toumpas 9, C Heath 49, A Hall 82
Other named players J Corey 81, T Hunt 95, T Milera 66, B Smedts 45
Coaches Comments
A mixed bag this week. Unfortunately most of the Titans quality scores were confined to the bench. There will obviously be some selection headaches for the coaching panel this week with Patton ruled out, and an absence of fit ruckmen. A disappointing result for the Titans but we will improve from here.
Titans Team - Round 4 2013
Def: B Ellis 36, D Myers 97, L Tapscott 50, C Heath 80
Mid: S Sidebottom (C) 106 x 2 = 212, D Hannebery (VC) 106, T Liberatore 115, S Coniglio 87
Ruck: M Gawn 81
Fwd: A Hall 72, D Giansiracusa 23, B Smedts 32, T Milera 26
Utilities: T Scully 99, D Shiel 82
Total Score: 1198 + 23(HGA) = 1221
Emg: A Kennedy 61, J Corey 68, K Lucas 80
Other named players: R Harwood 32, T Hunt 72 S Ross 21
Coaches Comments
The Titans put in an excellent effort this week, scoring particularly well through the midfield. Myers continues to be a rock in defence and Aaron Hall is putting some impressive scores together down forward. The loss of Jon Patton has hurt the team's structure, and the Titans continue to attract a higher than average number of sub vests across it's line up. This is part and parcel though of a developing team and the coach is very satisfied with the results starting to arise.
Titans Team - Round 5 2013
Def: D Myers 52, C Heath 69, N Vlastuin 51, B Ellis 86
Mid: S Sidebottom (C) 143 x 2 = 286, D Hannebery (VC) 95, T Liberatore 79, T Scully 66
Ruck: M Gawn 58
Fwd: A Hall 49, A Tomlinson 52, B Smedts 77, D Smith 117
Utilities: S Coniglio 83, D Shiel 96
Total Score: 1365 (Including 49pts HGA)
Emg: K Lucas (M) 76, A Kennedy (D) 26, B Longer (R) 31
Other named players: J Corey 72, S Ross 41, L Tapscott 58, J McKenzie 48, T Hunt 50
Coaches Comments
The Titans record their first win of the season after a solid display against the Savage Sons. Steele Sidebottom had a dominant match scoring a season high 143 points. This has been the Titans youngest ever line up, and the development of the team is now showing. Although not expecting to play finals the Titans are keen to prove that they are not to be under-estimated.
Titans Team - Round 6
Def: D Myers 115, L Tapscott (Replacing A Kennedy in named team) 56, N Vlastuin 78, B Ellis 85
Mid: S Sidebottom (C) 46 x 2 = 92, S Coniglio 72, D Hannebery 101, T Liberatore 55

Other players named: B Longer 46, J McKenzie 63, T Scully 109, S Ross 54, C Heath 40
Coaches Comments
It ended up being a disappointing loss, despite some quality performances. Tom Scully responded well after being dropped and is a good chance to return to the Seniors. The forward line was again exposed, but all other lines had players scoring tons. Captain Steele Sidebottom had a poor week but is sure to bounce back again next week.
Titans Team Round 7 2013
Titans looking to get another win on the board against the undermanned Dinos

Other players named: S Colquhoun 51, T Hunt 11, J Redden 90, S Black 49, M Gawn 52
Coaches Comments
It was an easy win for the Titans in the end. A solid performance from captain Steele Sidebottom and a further improvement from the emerging defensive lineup were the major positives. The forward line continues to struggle and will be the major recruiting target in the offseason.
Titans Team - Round 8 2013

Coaches Comments
The Titans collected their second successive win to move into the 8. It was a good all round performance, particularly from Brandon Ellis and Nick Vlastuin who, along with Myers are forming a very formidable partnership down back. Also good to see some old heads such as Joel Corey running into form.
Titans Team - Round 9 2013
Will be a hard match against the Valkyries, but Titans need to keep the momentum going.
Def: D Myers 57, L Tapscott (Replacing B Ellis in named team) 28, N Vlastuin 77, C Heath 46

Emg: B Smedts (Fwd) 0; D Shiel (Mid) 61; L Tapscott (Def)
Other players named: J Redden 73, S Colquhuon 53 J Corey 60
Coaches Comments
All around there were some solid scores without any spectacular performances. It ended up being a good win to the Valkyries but the Titans were not too far off the mark. Consistency appears to be the major barrier, with most players having regular off weeks that are affecting the overall score.
Titans Team - Round 10 2013
Def: D Myers 65, A Kennedy 76, N Vlastuin 90, C Heath 30
Mid: S Sidebottom (C) 115 x 2 = 230, D Hannebery (VC) 66, S Black 119, T Liberatore 115

Greek Titans - Season in Review
The Titans commenced the season as wooden spoon contenders, with an extremely young list and a new coach. At season's end they had missed the finals by percentage only and had put a number of more fancied opponents to the sword. While the gulf between the Titans and teams competing for the premiership remains large, the Titans are assembling a squad capable of challenging for the next decade.
Best Players:
Three players will fight out the Best and Fairest award, and have genuinely emerged as long term midfield options. Captain Steele Sidebottom, Vice Captain Dan Hannebery, and crowd favourite Tom Liberatore all had stellar years, playing most games and regularly scoring at premium levels.
Biggest Disappointments:
Picking up Anthony Morabito was considered a high risk, high reward trade, but Titans coaching staff felt it was a risk worth taking. Unfortunately Morabito remains under an injury cloud and appears to be on his last chance at Freo.
First round draft picks Will Hoskin Elliott, Billie Smedts and Jimmy Toumpas all showed glimpses at stages, but failed to post noteworthy scores. All are likely to be given another season at the Titans but will need to show a bit more in 2014.
Ready to Break Out:
Brandon Ellis, Nick Vlaustin and David Myers all put together solid scores in the Titans defence. They will need to produce this consistently to make he Titans more competitive
Tom Scully, Dylan Shiel, Kane Lucas, Steven Coniglio, Dev Smith, Aaron Hall and Max Gawn all showed they can go big on occasion. With a bit of luck a handful will start to produce this more regularly
Goodbye?
It's likely Titans fans have seen the last of Simon Black, Darren Jolly and Daniel Giansiracusa. Joel Corey will weigh up his future over the summer. The Titans are rumoured to be considering dumping Jordie McKenzie, Lin Jong and Luke Tapscott
Target:
While Max Gawn works to nail down the number 1 spot, the Titans will look to find an additional Ruckman in the interim. An additional young mid would help, as would one more emerging defender.
Greek Titans Best and Fairest Awards will be held on Tuesday this week.
Current Odds - Best and Fairest
Steele Sidebottom $1.10
Dan Hannebery $1.40
Tom Liberatore $1.60
Tom Scully $2.00
Kane Lucas $2.50
Stephen Coniglio $3.00
Brandon Ellis $4.00
David Myers $8.00
Rookie of the Year
Nick Vlaustin $1.04
Jimmy Toumpas $2.00
Sam Colquhuon $10.00
Tune in from 7pm...
Welcome to the 2013 Greek Titans Best and Fairest Awards.
I would like to begin by thanking all EZV coaches for the great fun this season has been. Some big matches, great banter and trades, trades, trades!!!
As coach I would like to thank Spite in particular for his work as assistant, particularly in jumping in while I was unwell at the start of he year. His foresight in drafting has largely been the reason the Titans have been the surprise packet of season 2014.
I'd also like to say thanks to Holz for inviting me to be part of this comp, and for maintaining its quality. I regard EXV as the purest, simplest and most enjoyable XV comp.
Season 2013 has been a great success for the Titans. Despite completing a full scale restructure and rebuild during the offseason, the Titans reached great heights and looked likely to play finals through a majority of the year. In fact the season went down to the last few possessions, in the last game before an eventual 9th place finish.
The Titans have taken great heart from this season. Our emerging midfield appears only another preseason away from being highly competitive, our defence looks like the best up and coming brigade in the comp, and a bit of luck will see some of our emerging forwards break out in 2014. The Titans are aiming for finals in 2014 and will look to hold the EXV Powerhouses accountable.

Congratulations to our Best and Fairest winner:
Daniel Hannebery!!!!
Dan Hannebery was acquired by the Titans in this trade during the 2012 offseason:
S McMahon + S Hurn + Pick 13 Nat Draft + Pick 25 Rookie Draft for D Hannebery + J Patton + Pick 34 Rookie Draft
The Titans have had the best of this trade with Hannebery's influence alone.
We are now proud to announce that Hannebery will cap off his successful year by being named as the Titan's skipper for 2014 taking over from Steele Sidebottom. With experienced players such as Simon Black, Joel Corey, Dan Giansiracusa and Darren Jolly all expected to leave the club during the offseason, the Titans were looking for a strong leader to use in the new era. Congratulations Dan!
Trade News
The Titans are pleased to announce a welcome burst of speed to it's lineup. Lewis Jetta and Rookie Draft Pick 15 have been traded from Macedonia for Rookie Draft Picks 6 and 20.

Trade News
The Titans are pleased to announce the signing of recently signed Macedonian defender Matt Scharenberg. Scharenberg has arrived at the Titans as part of a deal involving established midfielder Dylan Shiel.

The Titans are disappointed to be losing an emerging midfield star such as Shiel however recent positional changes have meant the Titans boast an excess of midfield talent, and a need for new defenders.

The backline has some very solid rookies coming through along with a midifield that is bursting with talent. As long as a the forwards develop this season, it will prove to be an exciting time to be a Titan!
Don't think it's possible (as far as I know), as won't let me change the name of the OP to a taken name (as it is a guest now). So may have to start a new one :(.
Only way I know how is if I make you a Mod for this board, then you can modify the posts here all you want.
I would just make a new one if you have the time to spite
You can transfer over all the pics, just by quoting and then copy and pasting the link into the new thread.I have done that before haha. Then eventually you could transfer it to the image hosting site you use.

If I did it you would still have the same problem of not being able to change stuff.
I am not a mod of Euros boards tho only Holz and vin are Spink was one
Which stuff do you specifically want to keep man, or is it the whole lot as in the round reviews and stuff?

Everything. I just want to edit the team list to add in our new inclusion and update our draft history, stuff like that. Don't want it to be on page 3 etc
Fair enough, yeah don't think there is any other way to do that other than how HP suggested.
Could Spite make a new thread and have this one merged with it?
If Spite starts a new thread, can a mod copy all of the needed posts and edit Spite's to make them the same? Should only need a quote, then copy and paste surely?
Can't do Nige or Scrads :(. If Spite makes a new thread and I merge it, it organised based on the original post and date there for the OP. So Spinks would still have that top post.
As for somebody else quoting and posting in another thread, I can't actually change who posted what. Only way I know how to change it, it pretty much changes ALL of that person's posts into the other's posts (e.g. How I did Hellopplz to Holahermosa, changed ALL previous posts of mine to that one :( ). If Spite does it would be fine but he'll be busy for a while. So gave him Mod start for the time being until some time opens up to move it over :).
Although when I get some free time I can play around with something and transfer it over in his name via my methods that shall remain hidden >:D.
spite copy and pastes the OP/ any other posts he control over into a new thread, then it gets merged and then HP deletes all the posts that are duplicates/ the ones spink made that spite now controls
HP is a genius and fixed it up! :D Thank you everyone for the ideas though!!
