At this point I am probably safe to make the finals in my leagues.
DEF: Deledio, Suckling, Goddard, Waters, Broughton, Carrazzo, Bugg, Shaw, Mohr
MID: Boyd, Thompson, Swan, Rockliff, Selwood, Goodes, Gibson, Newnes
RUC: Jacobs, Giles, Redden, Campbell
FWD: Sidebottom, Beams, Robinson, Dangerfield, Harvey, Zorko, Martin, D Smith, A Hall
Being hamstrung by limited trades hurts, I am thinking my best options look something like:
1. sit tight until the finals and keep the trades and the cash
2. downgrade Hall to Couch, upgrade D Smith to Pendlebury (should go down in value this week) or Swallow as a unique heading into finals (based purely on fixture)
3. downgrade Broughton to Baguley or McInnes (four rookie-ish DEFs of which I'll need two each week) and sit on the final trade and cash until finals (particularly since my ruck is vulnerable)
Any thoughts? Cheers.
Option 1 for me. Team looks ok, got reasonable cover. If you want to give the finals a shake you'll need those trades.

Yeah agreed if you're going to make finals anyway then you're better off holding and making those trades really count as you never know what will happen in the next 3 weeks!
