i have a pic of my team but i dont know how to work the attachments and other options option can anyone help me out much appreciated thanks.

If the picture is already saved on your computer follow these steps.

1. Go to www.tinypic.com
2. Upload the pic
3. Copy the URL (Direct link to image)
4. paste that URL inbetween image tags
