For real?

He is named on the team, with Seaby as an emergency.

Anthony Hudson on SEN: "Apparently Seaby started the reserves game then was taken off, with everyone assuming he was injured. It seems it was Mumford who was injured with Seaby now named against Fremantle."

They're talking about it now on the radio...

Sounds like speculation with no real confirmation. Will have to wait and see when the teams walk out on the field.

Post by: Torpedo10 on April 07, 2012, 02:01:48 PM
I have Mummy/Cox ruck so I just move Giles into spot of Mummy. I'm pretty happy cause some people went Mummy/Giles and those will have to play Redden. I don't think Redden will score well this week.  ;)

From a stellar start to a nightmare round 2.... the fakin ups and downs of DT..... Is this 'sore back' going to become a problem throughout the season???
Is it worth doing a snap trade at this point???
Hhaha 90 mins before the game starts you PoS mumford.

Bugger. Then he'll come back and get suspended. Always the same with the big Mummy. Tears it up, but will let you down.

Giles & Redden need to net about 60 each. Would be good in one could slay a 80 odd.  :P

It's a long season... if you brought him in to be a premium lock, could be worth copping a few weeks out to save the trade when realistically he should be a top 5 ruckman AT LEAST by the end of the season... depends if you're going for the car or league?

I know this is a stupid question, but I'll ask anyway.

If you are in the top 1000, and you have Mumford, Giles, Redden - Is this enough reason to trade Mumford out right now? Or is going with Giles and Redden gonna be enough to keep up??

I think the 2 Premo Ruck combo is a great choice especially If Mummy has a short term injury of 2-3 weeks. I think If some went 1 Prem/3 rook combo will hurt them as the season goes on.

I wouldn't consider it a wasted trade if you were in the top 1000, or was coming up against someone in a league match that didn't have mummy playing, and didn't want to risk loosing points.

I hope I don't regret holding him... I don't think Redden is doing overly well, so could cost me breaking into the top 1000 this week!

Thankyou redden went out for the day so got the donut, losing 48 points isnt too bad, would have sucked if he knocked up the 100. I think im going to go Broughton to Eski and even mummy isnt playing im going to consider Mummy to Cox
