To be honest i bet thats his lowest score for the year or close to it. Round 1 i would'nt be worried about Scotland just yet he's a gun. Have'nt got Scotty but i wouldnt be to concerned if i did.

Anywho, Round 2 update:
In a round where it was so easy to tell who was away on holiday (Mummy on the field, anyone?), there were some excellent scores from the Champs III, where the average score for the league was a highly respectable 2078. Namely Ghostriders (2201) and Fishtank (2218) who managed to get past the 2200 mark. But highest score for the round goes to Ants Pants, who smashed out a huge 2226!
Next week the league head to heads begin, adding more incentive to pump out those big scores. Until then, don't panic trade!

Bit of a flowered up ending to the round for a number of reasons. We ended up averaging 2076 over the league though which might be enough to hold off Champs 1 and 2. :-\
champs league has a fair few different players this year so i think you guys got a decent chance to beat them... what you guys ranked?
Our ranking has slipped a bit, down to 214... But plenty of time to pick up!

Wow, firstly, top 100! Boo-flowerin'-yeah! Great effort from all involved, especially in a slightly chaotic week! Well done to average over 2000 amongst all of us. Now let's bump it up a bit more!
Top score goes to WayneCarey&Friends, with a humongous 2253! Honourable mentions must go to South Aussie Boys and Ants Pants, who broke the 2100 mark. Bottom score unfortunately goes to Juzzyb's tigers, with 1873, and that's with Fyfe and Leuy. Better luck next week!

Yeah, having Kennedy, D-mouse, Jacobs, Shiel, Bugg on field did not help my chances much. Giles (and perhaps Sam Shaw) was the only real shining light.
It's infuriating, really. I have a decent side, and I am going to improve it even more this week, yet I haven't reaped the rewards as of yet. Ah well, give it time... meanwhile Lids, Martin, Boyd, Hargrave and Ellis should lift me to over 2k...

Was away from the internet for a week while on holidays but I kept an eye on the games. Would have had the highest score in the league if I hadn't flinched and put Ablett as C to cover off 2 opponents. Dammit!

DT 2012 is hell. I was fairly happy with 2100 this week with TWO donuts :o
My fwd bench this week is Buddy (out for up to 3) and Martin (out for one more). Last week my mid bench had Pendles and my def bench had
God Goddard (he has now lost the right to that title). Ah well, the inclusion of Goodes this week will help, with my fwd line now complete.
But our league seems to be doing well, led by Green Street, ranked at an impressive 297. Also, we are completing one of our key objectives of beating FF Champs 1. Pats on the backs for all, sure, but don't get too complacent! Time to get those last upgrades done and dusted (but not in a Dustin "Mr Sandman" Martin way).
If I had trades to burn I'd oust Martin for Goodes. Oh well. :-[
Pretty good week for us. Despite a couple of low scores we averaged 2204 across the league. I think that should be enough to push us up the rankings a bit. Have to wait and see. :)

Dunno about Priddis to Ablett. GAJ was obviously 50 odd points better this round but I'm not sure the difference between them going forward will warrant a trade.
As for Hargrave to Suckling, I really don't think that's a great move. Suckles fell away dramatically at the end of last season and the signs are it might happen again. Around that price range you have Grimes, Goddard, Heppell and Enright. I'd expect all those guys to average more, of course they carry their own risks but that's something for you to weigh up.
Argh! I take back Goddard. Thought the holiday might have helped him. Obviously not. ::)

And now thanks to Adams rising in price I can afford Cox, but I'll need to push Roughy into the forwards this round to cover Robbo leaving Cox and Giles with no cover if Cox is a late out. ::) However, if I wait until next week Adams and Big O could have potentially dropped in value enough so I can't afford Cox! Driving me nuts.

If you were going to trade in anyone for Swan I guess it would be Ablett. Might aswell.

Bitter loses in my two FF leagues. Luckliy I won in the league with all my mates.
We slipped another 2 spots in the league ranks which sucks. Sub 2000 scores at this stage of the season just don't cut it.
Yeah, we really need to do better at that end of the ladder. I was disappointed not to get 2200... if MJ, Pav, Scotty T performed better, I would be pushing 2300

If it was me I'd play Goodes over Martin in the forwards, not expecting much from Dusty this week.
As for Zorko and Gibson...Zorks is a beast and Collingwood doesn't apply much defensive pressure so Gibson should do alright too. I'd probably lean towards Zorko.

Yeah, this week was very good for the Evil Weevils, getting a weekly ranking of 2805, if only this started 15 weeks ago...
In other news, I am not going to mention league stuff, because we are focused on overall, where South Aussie Boys is leading, being ranked at a very nice 400!

Round 18: In M. Johnson (who averaged 64.4 since bringing him in, as opposed to averaging 87 before that)
Round 20: In G. Ablett (who averaged 121, but only one +100 score in those three games)
In M. Pavlich (average 68.5. From 2 games)
Round 22: In B. Waters (Got 53, lowest score of the season)
It's incredible. Really, it is.
