Title: What should I do?

So I am thinking of ditching Heppell for Wilkes then upgrading Mitchell to Barlow. Or should I swap Nic Nat for Sam Rowe and then play Giles as my second ruck and then upgrade Mitchell to Barlow or any other mid. Opinions please.
