Valkorum 0/100 dont like your team at all you might need to upgrade a few players
cheers for the feeback griff. Ive currently got $57500 in the bank. Havent done alot of research on rookies this year so im a little dusty. I think yarren is set for a big year and it is very hard to pick a team this year. winderlich is at a good price and if he can stay fit should make me some good money.

gone a very mid-priced team this year as there are so many improvers around.
by round 1, will have around 50-100k in the bank, gives me a bit of room to move between now and round 1 lockout
probably will end up upgrading mitch morton.
ruck and mid benches are pretty much set, back and fwd will be open to change

Whats your reasoning behind marking someones team down because of Heppel?
The fact essendon are grooming him to become a midfielder? Or the fact he is slightly cheaper than other backmen?
Did you not watch ANZAC Day? Heppel was a very close second behind Pendles for BOG.
Gaff did not have a break out year..
Your advice to some of these people on here is absolute rubbish

But meaning like Rohan, Rich, Cunnington, Kane lucas people after there first year of Footy try to bulk up and then they look a bit slow in the next year

Told myself I wouldn't post a team this year, but I figured I put no real planning into this team and it'll change ~3,248 times between now and round 1. (That number, unfortunately, is not an exaggeration.)
I have done zero research on rookies, disregarded byes and not put much effort into this team
Let me know what you think and if any rookies I have there are absolute rubbish let me know. From what little attention I paid, they all appear pretty solid.

DEF Down Grade R.Shaw and Armstrong into rookies Buntine and M.Clarke than you should have money
97/100 Best team ever with the cash left Ablett into your midfield for Scottland and Corniglio for Smith

not a bad try for zero research but I worry you not having Ablett and Swan with getting rookies from researching team will keep getting better 78/100
ablett over rockliff :P
id rather keep rocky and have redden swapped for gazza or swan
TheFuzz Fanplanner squad in the Dream Team competition coached by TheFuzz. Salary cap left: $6,600.
Heath Scotland, Brendon Goddard, Brett Deledio, Jack Grimes, Beau Waters, Matthew Buntine, Sam Docherty
Brandon Ellis, Luke Brown
Dane Swan, Scott Pendlebury, Gary Ablett jnr, Scott Thompson, Dylan Shiel, Tom Mitchell
Alex Sexton, Clay Smith
Dean Cox, Jonathan Giles
Sam Rowe, Orren Stephenson
Travis Cloke, Lance Franklin, Dustin Martin, Nathan Fyfe, Jonathan Brown, Adam Treloar, Tommy Walsh
Billie Smedts, Dayne Zorko
What do you think? I think it is too early to do planning for the byes and obviously none of the rookies are locked in yet.
If I do decide to use Giles as 2nd ruck is Rowe a good option for my ruck bench? Any other rookie you would recommend instead?

Yep, Didak was just crammed in the end, it was between him or Hurley and Didak is proven so there's my theory behind that ;)

Crazy team, byes not considered yet... Rookies aren't set in stone, largely depends on pre-season, therefore I just threw mostly random rooks in.
Thoughts?
