1229/9 Pendles Capt. Wowee Zowee. Shame I have Pop, Lower, Jacobs, Krak, Smith and Mzungu to come but I'm hopeful of beating my PB of 2347.
Title: Re: Round 19 Progressive Scores

10/1086

Studs : Gibbs, Steve J, Enright
Duds: Sylvia, Rawlings, Waters (as much as I pains me to say...)
Title: Re: Round 19 Progressive Scores

1101/10. No Selwood or Johnson, but still three massive scores from Enright, Cox and Gibbs. Howe the biggest disappointment, with Darling sitting on the bench more than doubling his score.  >:(

136.6 points per player on average. That is ridiculous. You'll get over 3000 if you keep this up.  :P

Beating myself up about my Capt. choice. Was seriously considering Selwood. Oh well, can't complain obviously. :D

1026/9  captain pendles
stars: cox,Gibbs,Scotland,bartel,Boyd,Stevie.j

1136/10 and I assume that's a crap one comparatively.

That is including Duigan's 58, Petrie's 79, Sylvia's 72 and Harvey's 68.
Lucky Enright, Gibbs, Selwood and Cox made up for it!

Still have Pendles (C), Mitchell and Goddard, who I expect 130ish from each, to come.

I thought last week was the big week.

2010 from 19. I'm liking having Pendles (C) and Swan left. Not too sure about Heppell though.
Title: Imagine If
Post by: The F.A.R.K. on July 30, 2011, 11:24:57 PM
I am heading for 2400
am on 1700 with 7 to play and captain (cloke)
i am not even having a good week. have rawlings, sylvia, smith, rischitelli, shiels and lower....

someone will crack 2600

imagine if you had
J.Selwood 178
S.Johnson 171
Enright 156
Cox 155
Dal Santo 154
Goddard 152
Priddis 150
Gibbs 144
Bartel 127
Boyd 126
A.Swallow 124
Pavlich 118
Gablett 118
Gram 114
Scotland 110
Nathan Fyfe 106
J.Steven 103

All commonly picked players that have scored 100s.
From these 17 you would already be on 2306. If you had selwood captain it would be 2484. If you also had I.Smith, Mzungu, D.Swallow covering for byes it would be 2758. Aand you assume your other players were colligwood players i.e cloke you could nearly crack 3000

it is ridiculous

have i.smith on bench buddy/sylvia on field shiels on field d.swallow on bench. not like i would have started differently but hey
Title: Re: Round 19 Progressive Scores

Title: Re: Imagine If
Post by: justi on July 30, 2011, 11:31:54 PM
Yeah absolutely huge week.

I'm 1927/17 (with a donut and captain to come)

I reckon 2450 is par from here for me and I'm a man down. 2800 or 2900 will win the round I reckon. It's just massive.

1980/17 Pendles Capt. Just found out Jacobs was out...must have missed that when I checked the teams Friday. Didn't have anyone to cover him anyway. :'(

So with Pendles, Swan, Krak and Heppell to come...2430?
Title: Re: Round 19 Progressive Scores

2121 with swanny and Lobbe to come.
Hopefully....
Swanny - 120
And
Lobbe - 80

Title: Re: Imagine If
Post by: LaHug on July 30, 2011, 11:33:07 PM
Yeah, I'm having one of those "what if" weekends. Cracked the 2000 with 3 to play (and Pendles captain) but it really gets me thinking that if someone replaced my Franklin, Duigan, Suckling, Harvey, Sylvia etc with players scoring 100-150... Someone is going to set a DT record!
Title: Re: Imagine If
Post by: The F.A.R.K. on July 30, 2011, 11:35:45 PM
there will be someone out there dont worry. Imagine if jacobs played. then i would have got 100 instead of rawlings 40

I'm on 2418 with Swan  :) and Otten  :-\ to play.  I reckon I won't be in top 200 for the week.
Title: Re: Imagine If
Post by: Zarts on July 31, 2011, 03:57:14 AM
I'm sitting on like 2050 with swanny and thompson to play.

my only huge let downs have been jacobns' 0, and lynch's 20 odd.

deadset, ffs, if they were playing I'd be pretty happy.

Still, have a shot at 2300.

im on 1845/18 with pendles, swanny(c) , lobbe (cover) and heppell

2092 (+24 bench cover =/ for jacobs)/20

Go captains pendles!

Happy considering only one player in my forward line got over 100. Major disappointments are Brennan (56 wth!), Suckling (63), Sylvia (72...but they did get hammered), Lecras (72).

Big week for me, 1894/18 with Swan, Pendles (cap) Zaharakis and Heppell to come, hopefully will get close to 2400.

Studs: Gibbs, Goddard, Broughton, Boyd, Dal Santo, Ablett, Bartel, Cox

Duds:Franklin (pains me to say it as a Hawks supporter, thankfully we didn't need him last night), Sylvia, Suckling

2300, with the monster scores I'm disappointed- no biggie though, I'm playing for league, not overall, and so subsequently, had like 6 or 7 out this week. And my cover was destroyed as well, so I had a donut and was forced to play T Lynch.

It's a horrible feeling when you don't maximise your score. If I'd had Selwood as Capt. and traded in a defender to cover my doughnut I would have gone well past 2800.

Title: Re: Round 19 Progressive Scores

Very poor week.  Copped a zero and went Montagna as captain and ended up with 2350.  Usually I'd be happy with a score like that, but this week it was a terrible score and it pushed me out of the top 5000 after I just broke in the other week. :(
