Graham should be the number 1 ruckman at the club and play every week.
Connors has been out for a while due to injury, but i think his ready to go this week maybe give him a game in the vfl but he is one of richmonds better players across half back and should be in the team every week.
Shane Tuck, why isnt he playing? His been an emergency for so long and when he does play he is the substitute. he should be in the starting 22 as the centreman. He has a lot of experience aswell. he is a good footballer.
Get rid of Jayden Post, Ben Griffiths and Bradley Helbig.

Hardwick obviously does not like Tuck. I heard that he doesn't work hard enough when he is 'defending' or some bs like that.
He works hard enough, but doesn't stick to his game plan. Fair enough too as it clearly doesn't work.
But tuck should be playing.
I reckon Tuck should go down back & Deledio into the midfield. All the commentators say he should go into the mids permanently. I think others (including me) agree with that.
That's why I don't pick him in my DT, as long as he plays back he will never be in my team. No doubt he would average over 100 in on ball most of the game.
Graham must play for Richmond to make finals. Connors must play. Shane Tuck has got to play, even if he is the sub.
