It sort of looks to me that its possible he could get back to some good dt/sc form. I want to take the plunge at such a low price but would like some thoughts on this

Personally I'd rather get a 'better' premium in adcock or lids.
If you're keen though now is the time to get him.

The way most defender rookies are going (stanley, poppy, lower etc) I won't be trading in any more premo/semi-premo's in for a while. Might as well give your cows plenty of time to ripen instead of pulling the trigger on a guy like Gilbert imo...
