Heard from a very good source (someone who plays at the club) that Mzungu has been named in the 25 man squad for Sundays derby. Also heard it on SEN.
Great news for all of us.
Lol, even if he is named in the squad that doesn't mean he's playing. Fingers crossed though!!
Could you ask your mate if Fyfey will have a blinder this week or not :P
i'll believe that when i see it [ who's your good source that plays at the club hmmm? ]
who cares! I will bring him in after his 2nd game!
Could you also ask your mate if Lower will score better then B.Smith, just wanna make sure i have all my high scoring rookies dominating on feild.
Oh yeah and can you ask him to ask Sandi if he's gonna punch out a 120+ so i can put him El Capitano! 8)
No way would not be match fit...
he wont play, surley
Is Barlow playing too?
Is Jeff Farmer coming out of retirement and slotting into the best 22?

apparently the sub is between him and mark harvey
harvey said(perth radio 882)a couple of weeks ago him and hayden were back training.their recovery from their injuries is better than expected :)

adrian fletcher and paul haselby are rumoured to be close to breaking back into the side as well...
Rumour is that Modra has shed 100Kgs and is looking to resurrect his career.

Chris Groom is making a comeback to really show the that the Dockers made the right choice in picking him over A McLeoad.
you know that the author of this thread is getting a nomination for tool of the week on sunday ;D
MODRA!
I've heard SEN is a sensationalist station... not saying i believe it, just what I've heard
scotty is a big boy
that promo he does on oneHD or seven next to... the other dude... i forget... takes up most of the screen. im surprised they didnt use a better photo. either way they'd need to use a wide angle lens.

As a frequent listener I could understand how the station could come across that way, however it is symptomatic of a talk back station. Members of the public text/email/call in "tips" and if enough do it is brought up. I have to say that generally though SEN is pretty good at making sure that they say that it is just a rumour whilst it remains one.
That being said they are often on the money.
If you listen to the radio and don't listen I really recommend you give it a try.
I heard the fat kid from the footy show clip who got hit in the moosh with Trent Croad is getting a run too this week
I heard it will be Peter Mann. Lock for captain this week.
I think Cummings might have to lose 200kg so that the bench doesn't break.

yeah i was confused too but I think Hawka means if you listen to other footy radio shows regularly but not SEN, he's saying it worth a listen/try
'coz I do a lot of "radio's on, but I aint listerning".
You should totally listen to SEN.
That fact that it's the sister station to flowering MTR and has just about the most ads of any station you will ever see or hear aside it is great.
Also what about the Prince of Pockets? Give him a game this week Freo!
Latest rumour is that Chris Tarrant will flying back to Perth after playing Geelong for one last Derby ;) :P

Right up there with this post
I heard that KB is coming back to break Michael tucks record. I've also heard that starting next year a few rules arm going to be introduced by him to help himout including making the game more like netball.

He'll be 'looked at' according to Mark Harvey.
probably bcos of the injuries at the dockers... theyve been savaged :(

its only tuesday jeff, as far as i can see he "COULD" play this week, and " COULD" be part of a 25 man team, wait till he actually steps onto the ground before you start looking for apologies and either way your still at least a week off.
Na you were wrong last week. A weeks a long time in football
great work jeffbutch!!!
the new supercoach Notradamues (check spelling)

It's like an exam. You were 1 mark off from passing. That doesn't change the fact that you didn't pass and you were wrong :-\.

Its very good news, if he plays this week ill see how he goes, and if he plays well, might downgrade to him in coming weeks.
its funny how everyone was bagging out this thread and he might actually be playing, and now none of you are commenting

yep, OP was a little enthusiatic with his initial prediction, and got shot down in flames accordingly, thought we'd never see him again.
...on the other hand, everyone that jumped on him should eat a little humble pie if mzungu plays this week, as his prediction, while stil wrong, deserves a little validity.
....but if he is Jeff from Bigfooty fame, I'll back a motion to have him removed on mere troll-reputation.
I'll be cashing in one my rookies in 2 weeks after Mzungu starts -just like everyone else will be. Probably Tapscott, maybe Krakour

I can assure you I have never signed up with big footy.
hahah this is awkward...
if he scores well this week dont judge him its only against port.
kangaroos rookies scored well against port and done nothin since.
but hopefully he can be a down trade for maatera in a few weeks
If he's going to get a good score who cares who its against
People say don't trade in Mzungu you've got two weeks to look at him yet. But I already have Smith and Puopolo. Mzungu without having played a game seems the next best downgrade option..right?
Does anyone know if he's had a run in the WAFL before being named in the team this week? A bit concerned he might be named sub, to ease him into things after that knee injury.
very good question, anyone know!??!
No WAFL for this guy
Pretty sure his last game was in the NAB when he suffered his injury.

What happens if he gets injured? at least give him a chance to get some match fitness, there are other options to get this week.
yep definately did not play WAFL last week
god i hope he's ok to go
fingers crossed
No WAFL lead in. He'll be underdone and has "sub" written all over him.
i agree, will be sub this week but hopefully next week he will play a full game
