Post by: PowerMan on April 11, 2011, 11:27:13 AM
Just wondering what would be a Par score for these round where 3 teams have the bye?

thinking will  anywhere from 1900-2100 would be about a par score I think.

2100 would be an amazing score imo.

1900-2000 would be accepting.

Depends how many players and how many premiums you got out.......

I got Goddard, Boyd, Dal Santo, Riewalt and Gamble..........

I have got alot of Bench cover but in the weeks 5 and 6 i reakon i still can reach the 2000 as i dont have many players out....

If i can get 1850 this weekend i will be very very happy  :)

I have Goddard, Adcock, Boyd, Ward, Higgins, Voldt out so im hurting but i want 2000+ this week, im losing alot of players but i have Petrie, Richardson, Crunow, Liam Anthony, Duigan and Stanley coming on the field so its not all bad.

To break 2000 would be a great score.the you don't drop below 1900 for the next 3 weeks you are laughing

I've got Goddard, Adcock, Boyd, Libba, Bewick, Roo on the bench. Considering I'm only averaging about 1900 as it is, I'm looking at an awful round. Thinking it might be my worst score in a few years. :(

I feel your pain!

Goddard, Adcock, Cross, Libba, Shermanator, Roo, and Higgins all benched for me this week... will have just enough cover, but this round is gonna hurt :(

yeh ithink between 1900-2000 will be about par, well see after the end of the round.

And dont get fooled by the people getting massive scores, thatll mainly because they are going for the weekly prize ;)

IN DT Krakouer scored 40, Riewoldt 58, Cotchin 102, Newman 114 and Swan 131 (262 as captain).

1274/13, counting captain Swan as two players. Cox and Riewoldt have been my two lowest scorers so far. All of my starting rookies/cheapies (Darling, Duigan, Heppell and Curnow) so far have scored 90+. Should still get 2000+, even though it's a multi-bye round.

With 3 games down can you reach 2000 this week with most rookies scoring well bar Krakoeur.

Currently on 1088 :D with 12 players still to play. With remaining players should make 2000 comfortably. Might get lucky & even nudge 2100. Have only 6 players missing due to the bye spread evenly over all positions.

How is your team scoring this week?

Have two donuts this week last time I checked I was on 710 after 7 played, thats including the two donuts. I need a rabbit to come out of my hat. So basically thats 710 from 5 so glad I had lids and Thomas they pretty much covered my two fat zero's dunno how the rest will go though a fair few rookies left to play.

1209 from 11.
Highlights so far:
Lids 118, Swan 262, Pendles 121, Buddy 127 + Rookies (Darling 100, Duigan 93, Curnow 90 + Heppell 90) all ripping up.

Gibbs 89, Cox 79 - Not their usual high scores. But serviceable

Lowlights so far:
Krak 40  :'( - Probably what you'd expect from a rookie, but still disappointing.

To achieve a score of 2000 need an avg of 71.91 from my remaining 11 players.
To achieve a score of 2100 need avg 81 from remaining 11 players.
To achieve a score of 2200 need an avg of 90.09 from remaining 11 players
2300 - need avg of 99.18 from remaining 11 players.

Still have a good mix of guns & rookies remaining.

Split the packs, tackled hard, decent kick, setup a couple goals and nailed a pivotal one in the last 10 minutes.

Still pinching myself that he slipped so far down the draft.

yep - also just watched W/Coast game, and Darling was super...so mobile for a big guy....and seems right at home at AFL level.  Agree, every chance of rising star nomination this week

Was a format LaHug used. I still have 22 players, I just counted my captain as 2 players so people knew that he had played. But it seems to be confusing people so I think from now on i'll post the correct amount of players that have played, and post if my capt has played or not.

2134 all finished... and could have been higher with the right players on the field instead of bench :(

Haha my joke team hit 2180 with an all rookie midfield minus captain pendles. Pretty sure it started 9 rookies too. :O (all the good ones this week it seems minus krak)

Nice score Deekay! I think alot of rookies did well this round so most went better than expected before the season.

Not sure where to post my scores so guess it'll be here :).

My premiums are failing this season, shown by my highest score coming from a round where I played 11-12 rookies (well cheap players I consider as I don't expect much more than making cash :P).

Made 2036 which isn't great but I'm happy considering I usually suck at DT :P. Broughts, Ryder and Harris scored lower than expected but all good :).

*Peace Out Pplz.

Pretty happy with 2196. Good enough for a weekly ranking of 606. I've now gone up from 8363 overall to 1492 overall.

2133 slipped into the top 100 overall, which is a mini-miracle considering i've cost myself a showerload of points in having awesome scores on the bench and bad scores on ground
